This Emerald Beach Villa is an air conditioned, FOUR BEDROOM, ground floor, end villa and is a generous 2000 square feet, with a large patio opening up to the beach.
The Villa comfortably sleeps 8, and this is the maximum number of people permitted. The master bedroom has luxurious linens with a full en-suite bathroom and full view of the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full view of the lake. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a 20' TV, VCR and DVD player.
There is a fully-equipped maple and granite kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher. The dining room table has seats for 8. The living room has a 30 inch TV, stereo with CD player and a DVD player and a high-speed internet connection. The large patio has a six piece patio set and a gas grill. There is also an en-suite washer and dryer, and all linens and towels are included.
Emerald Beach Villas was finished in 2003 and sits directly on the shore of Wood Lake, with 350 feet of sandy beach and lots of grass area. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation room with a pool table and an outdoor sport court. Wood Lake is six miles long, running from Lake Country to Oyama, and connects directly via canal to Lake Kalamalka, which is 14 miles long, stretching from Oyama to Vernon. We are also located beside a 20-acre park with a jogging track, and soccer and beach volleyball facilities.
This family inspired Villa is a perfect combination of fun and relaxation making it the ideal location for your summer vacation.
This Villa is only available a few summer weeks per year as it is otherwise occupied by the owners, who have spent a great deal of time and effort furnishing and equipping the Villa so that your vacation will be a memorable one. Most guests book year after year so booking well in advance is recommended.
