Paul was wonderful to work with and very responsive, even to minor concerns once we were in Mexico. The condo is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable (not too hard as in most Mexico condos), and the resort is well-maintained. The unit faces west so you can watch the sunset each night. I think all the photos accurately reflect the unit and resort, except the view is better than the photos, in my opinion. We used the gym that is part of the Country Club and it was clean and air-conditioned. We were able to use our passes to go over to the pools at the main Paradise Village resort so the kids could use the waterslides, even though we'd been told we couldn't. We came in from the beach side, though...they'll stop you if you go through the front gate. And once we were at the pool, security told us it wasn't a problem to be there. Even though it was a Mexican holiday week, the resort didn't get too noisy, although there was a definite increase in traffic as we got closer to the Easter weekend. For years we have loved the fresh, authentic Mexican food at Nopalito's upstairs in the Paradise Plaza shopping center. And this time we tried Fajita Republic (not a long walk from the condo) and the food was very good. We've already booked our next stay, and having stayed at several condos and experienced several of the all-inclusive resorts in Nuevo Vallarta, we think we've found the perfect place for us. Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was just like it shows in the pictures....perfect! Our family of five had a great time and enjoyed the warm weather. We all felt safe and secure in the gated facility and the staff was so friendly. The condo had all we needed for our week's stay. We really had fun with the boogey boards! There were numerous meals enjoyed on the balcony around the table. There were also numerous quesadillas consumed at the beach-courtesy of the Beach Club and the friendly servers. Paul was very accommodating and made the entire transaction very simple. See you next year! Adios!

We loved the condo! It was nice and had all you need, and the facility at Playa Royale is very nice. The condo is a part of a big developement (Paradise Village) and a bit far (about 20 min. taxi ride) from downtown where many shops & restaurants are located, which made the whole area very peaceful. We would definitely come back.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at this condo. The weather was perfect and the condo was furnished nicely. Playa Royale is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. The pool area is beautiful and right on the beach. Paul is wonderful to work with and gave us alot of useful information since this was our first time there. We will be back!

Our family of five stayed at Paul and Beth's condo in Nuevo Vallarta for 10 days in August and had a great time. It was a perfect condo for our family and we loved being so close to the ocean. When we were inside, we enjoyed how well the air conditioning worked on those hot and humid days in August! We barbequed in the private bbq area several nights (reservations required) and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. The kids went parasailing, and saw the turtle release (both just a short block from the condo). We were within walking distance to the water taxi for several of our Vallarta Adventure tours. We also enjoyed a nice meal at the Fajaita Republic where we saw a saltwater croc swim by! Paul was great to work with and we look forward to staying at their condo in Hawaii, too!

Had a wonderful stay at a beautiful condo. Great views of the ocean & greenery. Wonderful large kitchen, bedrooms, and deck (on 7th floor) -very clean and orderly. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves the ocean and tropics. Lots of facilities available including multiple pools, workout center, child centers, and English speaking management backup. Many stores near by. Owners are excellent to deal with.

We had the chance to spend a week at this superb property located in the Playa Royale Complex at the Mexican Riviera. The apartment is completely new and in great condition. I would say it looks immaculate. You can enjoy all the facilities that you may need during your stay, particularly if you are travelling with children. The beach Club is indeed nice and handy. Spending an evening at the lanai makes you to relax in great comfort and also gives you incredible views of the ocean. I do recommend this property. Again Thanks a lot.

Paul was straight-forward and easy to deal with. The location was ideal, on the beach and easy walk to the the mall with a grocery store. Playa Royale was excellent, we generally had the pool and beach to ourselves. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We had previously stayed at the Paradise, but this is many times better.

We had a fabulous time at Playa Royale. The unit is absolutely beautiful---very well stocked with all the necessities. The decor is fabulous and the view spectacular. We found everyone working for the complex to be very helpful and cordial. Owner supplied very detailed information on everything you could possibly need and want to know about the place. We are all now rested and relaxed and recommend this unit to everyone.

A great place for a family vacation. Playa Royale is a beautiful oceanfront development on a wonderful beach. The condo is comfortable, clean and functional. It has great ocean and courtyard views. The ownership is dedicated to supply value accommodations. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. No hesitation to recommend this property.

Both the complex and the condo itself were beautiful (beyond my expectations). Even in high season (we stayed there in early January), the pool, beach and grounds were not crowded at all. There could be a few more palapas at the beach, and the sand on the beach was a bit courser than it was by the main hotel. But these are minor flaws in an otherwise fabulous property. I would definitely recommend the condo - a lovely place to stay at a reasonable price.

We stayed in this condo from March 22nd until April 1st 2007. It is very nice. All the beds are comfortable. This owner is very good about supplying information about Playa Royal and organizing the temporary membership. We liked it so much that we already reserved for 2008.

My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous time at the Condo. The ammenities were great. To go to sleep with the sound of the waves and wake up to the beautiful ocean view is amazing. The staff were all very sweet and helpful. We will DEFINITELY return and I suppose next time we'll have to bring the kids. I know they would love it. I highly recommend this paradise getaway!

We had a great time. The condo was in A-1 condition and the grounds/pool and everything else was immaculate. The owner was exceptional in service:from assisting with taxi info,restaurants,etc.I would certainly recommend this owner and property to anyone.We will come back again.I cannot speak highly enough of our experience.
