Modern Jay Peak Resort slopeside condominium. Two Bedroom. Two bathroom, sleeps six, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1000+ square feet of living space. One queen-size bed, two twins, one pull-out couch (double) in Living Room, Ski-in/ski-out from the Village Chair & Raccoon Run in winter, 500 yards from the 1st tee of the Jay Peak Golf course!

Jay Peak receives more snow than any other mountain in the Northeast (almost 400" last year) due to it is unique geographical location. Often, this is twice as much as other resorts. Put that together with 2,000-ft. vertical of skiing, a massive glade system and the only aerial tram in Vermont, and you have one unique resort! Try the 20 km of on-site groomed cross-country trails, or 5 km of snow shoeing trails. As the locals say, it is like nowhere else!

Located in Northern Vermont, a short drive from the Canadian border, people come from all over to ski and ride Jay Peak. That is partly because there is a unique philosophy about skiing and riding: visitors are given the freedom to explore the natural gifts of the mountain anywhere within its boundaries. The family orientation of the resort allows for beginner and expert skiers to enjoy the mountain at their own pace.

Expect the best glades in the East and well-groomed trails for all levels of skiing! Enjoy the convenience of being on the slope and in the center of the action. Daily lift tickets (2009/10 rates) are $67 adult/ $47 junior/ $47/$37 Vermonter. Try the Family Pass to save $15 per ticket! Ski & Stay packages are available and include these FREE amenities:

  • We really enjoyed our stay at your very nice condo. The check-in process was seamless and everything was neat and clean when we arrived. We felt just at home. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, the well-equiped kitchen, washer and dryer (kept our gear dry), and the spacious closets and storage space. Best of all was the convenient access to the slopes, skiing down directly to Village chair. Overall a wonderful experience and a great value! Thank you again! We will be back!

  • We had a lovely time, Joe. Thankyou very much. The accommodation was excellent and represented great value for money. It was also suitably kid friendly for our two young ones (1 and 3). We had a babysitter come in for a reasonable fee and access to the mountain made it easy for us to drop in to see how they were faring. All was clean when we arrived and everything we needed was there. Thankyou very much.

  • My family and I had a wonderful stay at your lovely condo at Jay. Your place is very warm and welcoming, we felt right at home. The unit is well equipped and nicely decorated. Access to the hill was handy, just a short ski down to the lift. Overall a very pleasant stay.

  • we had a great time! the condo was very clean and comfortable. the appliances and kitchen-ware were all modern and worked well. it was very nice to be able to wash and dry our neck warmers and glove linings. the internet access was key. i agree with another reviewer that the outside locker and mud room was nice to have so that we weren't dragging all of our gear inside. we had 2 great powdery days on the hill. wish we could have stayed one more day to enjoy the foot of freshies they got on sunday/monday. thanks joe! we will definitely consider renting from you again!
