Our townhome (condominium) is centrally located in San Antonio in the historic suburb of Olmos Park. It is only minutes North of downtown and the Alamo, River walk, Alamo Dome and other tourist attractions. The San Antonio Airport is only ten minutes to the North.
The world renowned San Antonio ZOO, Brackenridge Park and miniature railroad, the Witte Museum and tree house are even closer. The AT&T center is less than 15 minutes away and Splashtown is only ten minutes down the road. If you wish to go spend the day at one of our theme parks, Fiesta Texas and Sea World are only 25 minutes away. There are numerous restaurants, clothing stores and antique shops within walking distance. The nearest super grocery store is four blocks away. In SA, you could not desire a more centrally located townhome to sample all that our city has to offer.
Our townhome is two story with a detached garage and a large, landscaped, off-street parking area in the front. It is a large, luxury, townhome consisting of 2800 square feet. The large master bedroom has an oversized closet and large master bath with a glass block shower and a separate bubble tub. The toilet is compartmentalized and vanity has a mirror over double sinks. The second bath upstairs is shared by the other two bedrooms. It has a nice tub/shower combo and tiled vanity.
The downstairs is very elegant with Brazilian hardwood floors throughout. The front door is eight feet of beveled glass with two beveled side lights. The entry hall and dining both boast crystal chandeliers. Eight persons can easily enjoy dinner around this elegant table. The kitchen has granite counters that open up both into the breakfast area and living room with its large Mahogany wood-burning fireplace. This living area also leads through french doors into the private back yard and deck.

We rented the townhouse while we were in San Antonio for our son's BMT graduation. It was so nice to be able to bring him to the townhouse and cook meals and just relax. You definitely can't do that in a hotel! It was very convenient to the base, airport, grocery store and other attractions. The owners were so nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who will be in San Antonio for a weekend or a month. It's a beautiful place that is both elegant and inviting.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

With 2 confirming emails and a canceled deposit check, our group of 4 women went to the house at the appointed time but no one was there. We had asked to leave our bags earlier since we flew in at noon but the owner said in no uncertain terms we could not and she would meet us there at 4 pm. At 4:20 we called and only got voicemail. With groceries in the car, we kept trying and finally at 4:30 got an answer only to hear the unit wasn't ready and they were not expecting us that day! We had to leave our bags and go out while the owners with their kids in tow, cleaned until 8 pm. We were tired from travel and just wanted to relax. When we inquired about an adjustment on the rent, we were sharply told no, we were already getting a discount because they had subsequently raised their rates! We paid the full published price at time of booking so that was ridiculous. The unit was roomy and nicely appointed but the service left us with a poor taste and would not recommend.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We decided to have a small family reunion in San Antonio for Easter/Spring Break and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We spent a week here and this townhouse was all we expected and more. The photos do not do it justice. It's great! Very clean, comfortable, centrally located and quiet. The kitchen was fantastic - we had everything we needed to cook a big family dinner - including two ovens, baking pans, pie plates, etc - it was fully equipped. The dinnerware, glassware and flatware are lovely. Very special. We had plenty of room to serve dinner for 10. All of the rooms were very comfortable for the five of us who stayed there. This townhouse has stairs to the second floor bedrooms, which may be difficult for some, but my mother, who has a bad leg, managed them well because of the two landings. Each step is not too high and the handrails are excellent - very sturdy. We also had a garage in which to park the rental car! This was a plus during a thunderstorm. As for location, the townhouse is just a few minutes from the airport, the River Walk, Market Square, etc. Also very convenient to Fiesta Texas, Sea World, and other great attractions. In fact, we often would go into the city for a few hours of sightseeing, return to the townhouse, eat dinner and go back in - it's that close. As for restaurants, Panchita's Mexican Restaurant and other local eateries are within walking distance. This is also a georgeous residential community. My son loved running every day and we took a few walks, admiring the amazing homes nearby. It's also close to a local grocery store and liquor store. This was our first experience using VRBO and Rose was fantastic. She spent time offering suggestions on where to go, where to park, where to shop, etc. I recommend this townhouse to anyone for a quick getaway weekend or for a longer stay. In fact, my sister was so impressed she will consider staying here on her next trip from Oklahoma. Thank you Rose and Pruny for a great experience! We will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This lovely townhome is within a 10 minute drive of practically everything: the Riverwalk, the Alamo, Hemisfair Plaza and Convention Center, SA Zoo, Brackenridge Park, the Botanical Gardens, the Chinese Sunken Gardens, Witte Museum, McNay Art Institute. If you want to go to Sea World it is an easy 30 minute drive, and about 20 minutes or so to Fiesta Texas. I cannot stress enough how well this place is located. The townhome itself is immaculate, with 3 large bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, a really nice washer and dryer, a kitchen with everything; living room and dining room, along with a separate kitchen eating area as well. It is on a quiet street just off of McCullough Road, and very convenient to Highway 281, which can get you anywhere quickly. It is also on the southern end of one of the nicest neighborhoods in San Antonio (Olmos Park), which has many older large beautiful mansions. We have stayed there twice in the last 2 years, and will definitely stay again next time we visit San Antonio.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The three siblings in my family get together once a year for a long weekend. We have visited a number of cities in the US over the years and just recently began to use a rental home as our base. This townhouse was clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. It is convenient to all the places we wanted to visit and has space that made it easy to spend time together. The owner was most helpful. Altogether, a good experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

The townhouse exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home, very clean and met our families needs! Pruny went above and beyond to help make our stay very pleasurable and comfortable! I would highly recommend renting this property and if we travel back to San Antonio, will definitely book there again! Only about a 10 minute drive from the airport, 10 minutes to the River Walk and Alamo. Great Restaurants nearby: Pappadeaux (Cajun); Magnolia Pancake House- a must! Long Horn Steak House, Taco Taco, voted best Taco joint in San Antonio is a 5 minute walk away. This location is so central to so much. Quarry Market is close too. Thank you Pruny for making this such a wonderful experience for us!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying at this townhouse. It had everything we needed and wanted and then some. The beds were so comfortable. Wonderful linens. The kitchen had everything. Pruny welcomed us and even brought coffee. I recommend this to 2-3 couples or families. Great location to anywhere in San Antonio. The weather was a little cool so we didn't get to enjoy the patio as much as we would have liked. I use VRBO often and this was one of the best homes I have stayed in.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
