We were more than pleased with this home. The description does not do it justice. We had great communication with the owners who were very gracious. The home was wonderful for entertaining. We came from the Northwest to attend a family wedding. This home provided the comfort and convenience we needed for our hectic schedule. The place was immaculate. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well-equipped. Our relatives that visited us at the home were ready to rent the place on their next visit to San Antonio. Stores and restaurants were handy. Our granddaughters didn't want to leave!! Anyone considering a vacation rental in the San Antonio area would be wise to reserve this home. Thanks to Rose and Pruny for their hospitality and for helping to make our stay in the great state of Texas a memorable one.

With 6 adults to accomadate for our family's visit to Texas and wanting to be centrally located, this house in San Antonio was perfect. This is a well designed and maintained house that's ideal for a group of adults. The house was well furnished with sufficent supplies and the kitchen was well equiped with enough utensils to cook any dish. The close proximity to the supermarket was also handy. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of clean towels. It is a gorgous house and ideal for a group of adults, The photo's don't do the place justice. We will very likely be back!!!

Let me just say that I am very impressed with this place! It's huge, well-kept, awesome layout, everything you could ask for in a vacation home!!! Not only did Ms. H leave her house to come find us when we were lost late Friday night, she was the best "landlord" anyone could ask for! We definitely will be back to stay in this house on our next trip to SA!

This townhouse is just as clean and nice as the pictures depict. The location was central to all our vacation destinations: Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Riverwalk, and Schlitterbahn. The private garage and fully stocked kitchen were both wonderful to have on a family vacation. Our stay was much quieter and more relaxing than we could have found in a hotel room! We would definitely recommend this property. Be aware that there is a $10 per night charge for more than six guests. Owners were courteous and helpful to answer all our questions. Great find!!!

Our family of 7 people stayed in this home four nights and loved every minute of it. And the location was perfect, halfway between downtown and the airport. And the owners were INCREDIBLY hospitable to us. If we return to San Antonio we will check on the availability of this house first!

From the moment you step into this marvelous town home your experience is nothing short of grand! The beautiful hard wood floors lead you through the foyer and into the kitchen appointed with spotlessly clean S/S appliances. The cabinets are filled with tons of sparkling clean dishes and glassware....everything is excellently cared for and maintained......a delightful patio can be accessed through double french doors from the family room....follow the staircase and you'll find the master suite that is fit for a king! The pictures only give you a glimpse of what lies ahead for you if you decide to stay here! Prunny is a delight and met us upon arrival to greet us to her wonderful home....Thanks Prunny for making our visit to San Antonio a special one to remember! We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I, daughter and family and her inlaws just spent the weekend at this lovely townhome. We were in San Antonio attending our son's wedding. The townhome was perfect from the many amenities provided to the luxury of the home. The best part was the location. We were so close to everything we needed to be at. The two young grandchildren loved having everyone to visit with all in the same home. My family was so proud of me for finding this gem. Thanks again for a lovely lovely time!!!

This vacation home was wonderful! Our family stayed three nights and wished our trip was longer. The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, the furnishings were gorgeous and the location was great. Rose was a gracious hostess and helpful through the entire process. Wonderful place to stay

My family and another family shared this house for a long weekend getaway. It was just beautiful; clean and spacious. All the necessities were provided from towels and shampoo to coffee and laundry soap. The beds were heavenly. We had a little problem with the shower, and it was fixed the same day. The best part of this house, however, is the location. It is close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. While we were in San Antonio, we visited the zoo, river walk, whitte museum, children's museum, tea garden, natural bridge caverns. They are all worth doing. We found a couple good restaurants. Lulu's has amazing 7lb cinnamon rolls (the six of us shared it and still took some home!). Tip top cafe had the best chicken fried steak any of us had ever had. Great trip, great house in a great location.

We have used VRBO many times, and this is one of our favorite homes. It was just beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, so close to so many attractions. Also lots of good restaurants in walking distance, such as Tacos Tacos and the Bharmacy. We would recommend this home to anyone. Rose was a pleasure to meet. Both Pruny & Rose were great to deal with, even before our arrival. It truly was a "winner"!!!

This is a perfect place to stay to take "time out" from a hectic schedule from life in general. My friends and I celebrated our dear friend's birthday for the weekend in San Antonio. Just waking up each morning and standing outside on the deck to catch the sunrise was breath-taking alone. The home is fabulous, very clean, and close to the airport, many restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood is safe if you are a person who loves to talk a long walk or jog and quiet if you are a person who enjoys a moment of peace. If I'm ever in San Antonio again, this would definately be my first choice to stay. Thank you Pruny!

Renting from an unknown source can be somewhat unnerving, but this property delivered above and beyond all expections. Three of us spent 4 days here during Fiesta, 2009 and staying at the Melrose townhouse was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Pruny and Rose have furnished and outfitted the home with every possible amenity. Quality furnishings and appliances were in abundance with all guest comforts considered. Wonderful pillow-top mattresses on the beds, fabulous baths, a fully furnished gourmet kitchen ... what more could you ask for? We felt extremely welcome and comfortable while staying here, and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant setting. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the outside deck in the evenings, listening to the calming sound of beautiful (but not intrusive) wind chimes. Olmos Park is a lovely area, and the townhouse is just a short 5 minute drive to downtown San Antonio and to so many other venues the San Antonio area has to offer. We will definitely return to this lovely place and recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Pruny and Rose for providing such a wonderful and relaxing place for your guests! (**We highly recommend Ponchitos for good, reasonably priced Mexican food and margaritas ... only 233 feet from the townhouse per our GPS ... definitely within walking distance).

We really enjoyed our recent stay in your home. My husband and I met our daughter and her husband for a long weekend in San Antonio. Your home is so convenient to downtown San Antonio, the airport and Sea World. We couldn't have stayed in a nicer place. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, and the master bedroom and bath are fabulous! The kitchen is great. We only wish we could have used it more. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We would highly recommend this property. We would give this property and owner a rating of Excellent.

Our family stayed here from March 4-18th, 2009. Had a great stay but had a bit of trouble with the DVD and cable. The townhouse had everything you could ask for except for a BBQ. We purchased a cheap charcoal one and left it there for anyone that does a lot of BBQing. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. I especially loved the rear garage with remote door opener - just drive into the garage and enter your home. No worries about weather or muggers.

We rented the townhouse while we were in San Antonio for our son's BMT graduation. It was so nice to be able to bring him to the townhouse and cook meals and just relax. You definitely can't do that in a hotel! It was very convenient to the base, airport, grocery store and other attractions. The owners were so nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who will be in San Antonio for a weekend or a month. It's a beautiful place that is both elegant and inviting.

Your home is just beautiful. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen was a wonderful place to cook and spend time together. The dining area was lovely too. There was certainly plenty of room for 6 women and all of our things. You are located in a nice area too. Not too far from restaurants, shopping or freeway access. The owner of the home meet us there, and had a guide highlighting eating areas in the area, and fun stuff to do. She walked us around and pointed out information we would need to know, washer/dryer, how to log onto the wireless internet, secruity system for the home. It is a wonderful area and the house is very, very nice. They take really good care of the home. I would tell anyone to feel safe to rent this location.

The townhouse was absolutely outstanding. We've made a point of renting flats/townhouses when vacationing (both in the U.S. and overseas) and have had the privilege of staying in some very lovely homes. This house exceeded our expectations. The hostesses, Pruny and Rose, were very accessible. Pruny greeted us upon our arrival and did a walk-through of the house, which is stocked with guide books and great information on local and other surrounding attractions. Both ladies were also readily available to direct us when members of our party got lost trying to find our way to and from local attractions :o) The townhouse itself is very lovely, with all the finest upgrades - from the kitchen appliances (top-of-the-line Bosch) to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. One couldn't ask for more. Finally, the house is a great springboard to most of the major San Antonio attractions (and beyond) and is located in a very safe neighborhood. What a wonderful place. The location is great for easy access to all SA has to offer. I asked my wife if she had a choice to stay here or a luxury suite on the riverwalk. She stated an HERE! The property is near flawless. The beds are extraordinarily comfortable. And the master bath is an absolute dream. The modern kitchen allows for more than one "chef" to enjoy. We've already discussed making a San Antonio vacation an annual event with this house as our base. Great stay! Great people with whom to do business.

We just returned from our 4 night stay and all 6 of us were very impressed with the beautiful townhome! Pruny and Rose were very helpful on where to eat as we arrived hot and road weary from our 11 hour car ride from Wichita. I would recomend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in San Antonio, it is within easy reach of the Alamo, Sea World, Fiesta Texas and numerous other recreational activities, the place is exceptional and great for families, all beedrooms are up so it may be difficult for those who have trouble climbing stairs, but there is a sofa bed and half bath down.

Thank you for an enjoyable vacation experience. The townhouse was perfect for our three teenage boys. My wife enjoyed the jet bath tub and walk-in master closet. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we didn’t do any cooking with all the nearby restaurants within walking distance. My wife loved it so much, she wanted to make an offer to buy so she would have to leave. I would gladly refer the townhouse to anyone. Should you need a reference, don’t hesitate to call.

This place is spacious and luxurious. There is no way this property could disappoint. It has many amenities: Walk in glass walled shower and separate jacuzzi tub in master bath, a master suite walk in closet that is larger than most bedrooms, crystal chandaliers, georgious hard wood floors, large kitchen with granite island and countertops and all in a quiet neighborhood that is only about 12 min. from downtown activities. An added plus: the owners are very sweet and accomodating. We will definitely return when we need to go to San Antonio again.

We arrived at night and we saw through a beautiful beveled glass door entry, a Christmas tree decorated to greet us. The house was festive and the decorating superb. Our experience in this exquisite house will never be forgotten. The kitchen was fully prepared for anyone doing gourmet cooking. The dining room ready for formal entertaining. The living room arranged for cozy conversation.The bedroom's and bed's ready for quiet repose. the baths out of Veronade. Every room was prepared to meet every need that a guest might have. I realize this sounds like a glowing over the top experience. It certainly was! I Have rented many absolutely beautiful places but this home in San Antoniio was the absolute best.

Outstanding in all aspects. From my initial contact to return of the security deposit, Pruny and Rose went beyond my expectations to provide the best place for my family to stay in San Antonio. The Condominium itself is fantastic. All rooms are oversized and furnished very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. My nephew loved sleeping in the closet beneath the steps ala Harry Potter. Plenty of room for 6 adults, two children and an infant. The master suite is huge; including a bath with a large tile shower, a separate deep tub, double vanities,basic toiletries and a closet bigger than my childhood bedroom. Both additional bedrooms are quite large with comfortable beds and large closets, with a nice bathroom including a tub/shower combo. The living area downstairs is also very nice, with comfortable chairs and couches and a nice flat screen T.V. Though we did not use it much (too many great Mexican restaurants nearby), the kitchen is very large with an island countertop stove and double oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refridgerator w/ ice maker/dispenser, and almost all small appliances you could want. Granite countertops and a dining area to seat 10 or so plus the breakfast area to seat another 6-8, made me wish I could return for Thanksgiving. All this at a location so close and easy to get to from the airport, downtown, or jump on Hwy 281 to connect to the interstate to get to all the theme parks. Thank you Rose and Pruny for a great stay, hope to see you again.

This condo is just fantastic. We had a terrific time in San Antonio. The location is very convenient and the neighborhood seems very safe. There is a grocery store nearby and access to downtown and the riverwalk is a very easy drive. It is a beautiful place, very well appointed with lots of attention to detail. The property owner was a pleasure to meet and do business with. Our stay couldn't have been better. I would give my highest recommendation to this property. 10+!

This townhouse was beautiful for a family stay with six adults and two young children. The neighborhood was varied, with beautiful residential streets on one side and retail and excellent restaurants in another direction. We were well-pleased and comfortable and hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the back deck and courtyard.
