The living and dining areas are beautifully furnished and open up to the lanai. Master bedroom suite has walk-in closet, private bath and shower, and private access to lanai. Two private guest bedrooms have a full and queen bed and two sets of bunk beds, which share a private bath with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, with ample counter space for entertaining and formal table seating for 10 inside, as well as an additional informal table seating for 10 outside in lanai. All towels and linens are provided. Washer and Dryer are available on-site.
Wide screen TV with DVD provided in living room, as well as televisions in Master bedroom and guest bedroom. high-speed internet access is also provided. Stereo with CD is portable for inside and outside usage. Beach chairs, pool floats, coolers, and much more available for use.
The golf-course is a well-renowned 27-hole facility, with a par 72 and 7,000 yards from tips. This private golf course is not open to public, but for a $150 transfer fee, you will receive all the privileges of the owner. Includes use of 23,000 square foot clubhouse with dining, pool, tennis, 24-hour gym, yoga, golf and tennis pros, and much more.

Comment from guestbook in home: This is truly a family home. Our children and grandchildren had alot of fun in the pool, and the bunkbeds for the kids was a huge hit. The kitchen is very large, and there are seats for 16 to eat, plus beds for 10 to sleep. The views are so beautiful, and the lot is probably the best in Spanish Wells. We have already booked ourselves for the next year. Thank you Karyn for your hospitality.
