We can provide you with your perfect vacation location! It includes our wonderful, beachfront 1500sqft corner condo. Located on the 19th floor with the most awesome sunsets!! It overlooks 650' of the sugary white beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The other part of the perfect vacation is you never have to leave the complex for heated indoor pools, outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pool, beach services, market and deli, restaurant, Starbucks, fitness center, spa with full line of massage services, steam and sauna rooms, game room, movie theater with stadium seating and free movies, and much more!
The spacious, beachfront master bedroom is an oasis of it's very own. The dressing area has a vanity and walk-in closet. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower...each large enough for two!
The unit sleeps eight and includes luxury linens.

* The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, DVD, and VHS
* The third bedroom has a bunk bed, 32" flat panel HDTV, and XBox game console with one controller

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all appliances, place settings for 10, large pantry, and breakfast bar. The wet bar has a sink and ice maker for making those refreshing drinks.
The large, beachfront balcony extends across the entire width of condo and may be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. The first guest bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the lights of Panama City Beach.
All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers; and 100% cotton towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels.
For your convenience, the condo also contains a large laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, and iron and ironing board.
We have installed private WIFI for faster speeds and connections in our condo. Also, the PS3 is configured for internet access
Another perk we provide to your dream vacation is two beach loungers and umbrella during your visit. We have purchased beach service for the season and a member of the staff will setup daily ($150 per week value). No more hauling chairs to and from the condo!!!

* $250 damage deposit (refunded approx. 30 days after your stay)
* $105 cleaning fee
* Must be 25 years of age to rent. ADULTS MUST BE PRESENT during ENTIRE STAY. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
* This is a NO SMOKING condo. Smoking in condo is grounds for forfeiture of damage deposit.
* Pets are NOT allowed in this condo. Pets in condo are grounds for forfeiture of damage deposit.
* Check in at 4:00pm and check out at 10:00am.
