Nicely decorated condo, very clean and compfortable: makes you feel at home! Great for small family vacation: very family friendly. Our kids loved being so close to the pool; it was about 200 yards from the patio and they also loved feeding the ducks at the pond! The beach is only a mile down the road, but for nicer beach access you can go about 3 miles to east beach! The owner was awesome to work with! The condo was in a very nice community and the staff there at the clubhouse was wonderful as well! I recommend this pick for anyone looking for a quite, family vacation!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We rented this place for our family of 4, we have girls 4 and 8. It was perfect for us. The pool is very close to the unit and heated - a must for early April! The complex is very close the Pier Village w/ restaurants, shops, playground and beach. We rode our bikes to the East Beach, too. Very easy ride over there. The condo is very tastefully decorated and clean. The owner is very accessible by email/ phone. Great stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

This was a great little place for our first time on St Simons Island. The place was neat and clean. The area was quiet and easily accessible to the village and all other places we planned to visit. The owner was readily available to us and gave us good support when needed. We would highly recommend this property to our friends. We made two visits to Jekyll Island nearby and found the Turtle Center very interesting. We had lunch there at the hotel and loved it. We also went to Bennie's Barn with our daughter and grandson and enjoyed the pleasant family atmosphere there. Chelsea's was a good eating spot too. We also love the Outback so we had a good night out there as well. Again, we would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.
