Each side has 1480' of living space which gives you some room to move around - each side sleeps up top 8 (rent both sides and sleep up to 16). All custom tile bar-tops and flooring with high vaulted ceilings.
The grand rooms look out on the dockage and water where big boats can easily stay due to the deep water access. French doors come out to the deck which takes up the entire back of duplex.
All upper scale appliances are found in the kitchens with beautiful floral furnishing for a great island atmosphere. Parking is no problem here, six cars per side plus or minus a boat trailer.
