Open the gate to a lushly landscaped courtyard which makes an outdoor living room year round. Swing on the pergola to watch the sunsets over the ocean or to just enjoy Del Mar's quietest neighborhood.
The light-filled living room and keeping room kitchen has a full view of the courtyard and fountain. Professionally decorated, the living areas have French limestone flooring, fireplace, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, and top of the line appliances. The kitchen is fully-equipped with professional grade cookware, crystal, china, and Italian pottery.
The master suite consists of a large bedroom with a garden view and fireplace. The adjacent office/bedroom has large closets, fully-equipped home office with a queen sofa bed. The third bedroom has a courtyard view and twin beds. The "Waterworks" style bathrooms have showers, jacuzzi, and steam.
We are happy to provide extras such as groceries, wine, flowers, and maid service for an additional charge. No Smoking is allowed.
