This NEWLY REMODELED oceanfront condominium is massive with over 1500 square feet of living space. Enjoy the corner unit's wrap-around balcony, large living space and the convenience of the pool and beach just a few steps away.
We require a $500 security deposit and 50% of the rental amount to secure the date. The balance is due two weeks before rental date. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days, assuming there are no damages to the property.

Our family stayed in this condo and it was fantastic. We would stay here again if we chose to return to this area for another vacation. The condo was large and open with plenty of room for us to spread out (6 people). The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. I could also tell that the condo had been recently renovated (well done). The kitchen was well equiped and we really didn't need anything that wasn't available.....great place and nice beach !Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family stayed in the condo over the 2011 Thanksgiving week and we had a terrific time. The view of the ocean from the balcony is awsome with plenty of seating so that my family was very comfortable. Jen, the owner, was great to work with. The condo needs some upgrading (kitchen stove most notably), but Jen was clear that the work is in process. The 3 bedroom unit was very large, clean, pretty and well appointed. We created a lot of great memories, watching the kids build sand castles from the balcony and then joining them for a swim in the ocean...they also loved the pool. The price for the condo was exceptional and I would stay there again when visiting St. Petersburg.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
