Our cottage is the perfect place for you to come make special memories with your family and friends. It features a great gourmet kitchen perfect for cooking up memorable savory meals. A beautiful screened in back porch and outdoor stacked stone fireplace, which begs for you to come, sit and relax while listening to the flowing stream in the backyard. Three spacious bedrooms are the perfect accommodations for multiple families, featuring one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and one queen bunk bed bedroom (yes, I did say queen bunks!).
**In addition, we just completed an outdoor firepit. These amazing amenity sits next to the creek that runs through our backyard. It is a haven for family fun and relaxation.

Why the Owner Chose Cashiers
Our family has always been drawn to the pristine beauty of the Smokey Mountains. When we visited Bear Lake, the property was merely a vision but we saw ourselves here making lasting memories. We were attracted to all the ammenties, there is something for everyone from hiking, fishing, boating, the pool and golf to relaxing on our back porch by the fire listening to the creek. It has far surpassed all of our expectations, and we travel to Bear Lake as often as we can.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our cottage is on Boulder Creek Lane, a quiet street nestled on the side of the mountain. The cottage backs up to a beautiful mountain creek, and we have built in a path that leads to the creek and a BRAND NEW fire circle. There is plenty of room in our backyard for kids to play, and the back porch with stacked stone fireplace is the greatest escape for the adults. We keep our home stocked with all the comforts of home, including: games, movies, fishing poles, kitchen condiments and snacks, IPOD, etc. At the top of our street is a hiking trail with some of the best views on the property.

Coming to Bear Lake is always an amazing experience!!! I have stayed at this home several times, and i never want to leave! The home is impeccably decorated and the owners think of everything that their guests could ever need. I adore the screened in porch with fireplace...the perfect spot for a lazy evening with good friends or family. Bear Lake overall is a picturesque place, like something out of a movie. Getting to stay in such a great home was just icing on the cake! I would highly recommend this cottage and the community for a great getaway week or weekend.

This home at Bear Lake is both peaceful and posh! Nestled in the woods with a creek out back, the home boasts a casual elegance. Great kitchen and LOVE the screened in porch and fire pit. What a great place to get away from the stresses of life. Thanks so much!

This house is just what the doctor order. Beautifully decorated cottage with every detail thought of for any guest staying here. We have been to this cottage many times and each time was so sad we had to leave. The owners tend to every need and the property of Bear Lake is relaxing and has great amenities.

Absolutely wonderful! This was the most relaxing vacation our family had taken in a long time. The cabin is incredible. It looks like a "model home", but felt like "our home". The place has everything you need for a fun and enjoyable time. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to "get away" and relax in a beautiful setting.
