Welcome to our home—a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo right above Lake Dillon with a spectacular view of the lake and the Rockies! We’re on the second level of the beautiful Lake Forest complex and offer exceptional accommodations for four to six people.
Location:
Lake Forest, located on the Dillon Dam Road leading into Frisco, is truly centrally located, being less than 15 minutes from Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Loveland and Copper Mountain, and only 30 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek.
Condo Amenities:
The furnishings of the condo are all new, including new tile flooring in the entry hall and kitchen. One of the condo's highlights is the fully equipped kitchen, ready for cozy dinners and hearty breakfasts. (Amenities range from wine glasses right down to a crock pot!) The kitchen has a brand new stove with ceramic range top, new dishwasher and new refrigerator-freezer with an ice maker. We've added new tile countertops to complete the update!
The family room has a brand new look as well with gorgeous new wood floors. That area boasts a gas fireplace, a queen-sized sofa-bed, coffee table, arm chair and leather chair and a new LCD/DVD video system.
Both bedrooms and family room face the lake and mountains, and the view is outstanding. The bedrooms are also equipped with televisions while the second bedroom has a desk for a computer.
We have recently added high speed Internet and use of a printer!
As far as the overall look of the condo, we have updated all the hardware including new tub and shower fixtures. In addition, we are especially proud of the artwork throughout our mountain home.
Winter Activities: During the winter months, enjoy skiing at the all Summit County resorts, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail, etc.

We have been here for about seven weeks and have found this condo to be beautifully decorated, comfortable and lacking nothing. Had a wonderful stay.

Our family of five stayed here and had a wonderful time. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is newly decorated and in a great location. After skiing during the day, we relaxed in the hot tubs at night. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place.
