Welcome to our home—a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo right above Lake Dillon with a spectacular view of the lake and the Rockies! We’re on the second level of the beautiful Lake Forest complex and offer exceptional accommodations for four to six people.

Location:
Lake Forest, located on the Dillon Dam Road leading into Frisco, is truly centrally located, being less than 15 minutes from Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Loveland and Copper Mountain, and only 30 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek.

Condo Amenities:
The furnishings of the condo are all new. One of the highlights is a fully equipped kitchen, ready for cozy dinners and hearty breakfasts. (wine glasses to crock pot)
The family room boosts a queen-sized sofa-bed, arm chair and leather chair and a new LCD/DVD
The bedrooms and family room face the lake and mountains, and the
view is outstanding, both bedrooms also have televisions.

WE HAVE RECENTLY ADDED HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND USE OF A PRINTER

Winter Activities: During the winter months, enjoy skiing at the all Summit County resorts, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail etc.

  • Our family of five stayed here and had a wonderful time. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is newly decorated and in a great location. After skiing during the day, we relaxed in the hot tubs at night. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place.
