Everyone will have a wonderful time at this gated condominium community located a short walk from the beautiful white sands of New Smyrna Beach (no cars on this part of over 13 miles of beach).
The unit comes stocked with a well-equipped kitchen and lots of linens and beach towels. A beach cart and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. The spacious tiled back porch is great for dining and relaxing and enjoying the beautiful lush landscaping.
Recreation Building II is a beautiful brand new clubhouse with a heated pool surrounded by lots of lounge chairs in the sun as well as covered areas. A comfortable and well-furnished multi-purpose room with large screen TV and full kitchen is there for your enjoyment. Have fun playing bocce ball or relaxing poolside warmed by a fire pit on chilly evenings. The BBQ grill is available for cooking a poolside meal.
Enjoy another heated pool, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, putting green and a fully equipped exercise room on the property just a short walk away.

We have enjoyed staying with GREATCONDO's in 2011 and 2012. We have found the staff accomodating, the complex awesome and always look forward to returning. We have already booked a couple of weeks in 2013. We especially liked our unit has it overlooked the "marsh" and walking trail. We are always relaxed when leaving for home.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

Nice condo. Unfortunately very noisy work was being done on the balcony railings (refinishing) during our stay.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My wife and I stayed at Oceanwalk for the month of February 2012. The condo as well as all the amenities associated with Oceanwalk met all of our expectations plus the walk to the best beach in Florida was short. The condo furnishings were great and we were always connected with the condo wifi. New Symrna was enjoyable as always; this was our 4th trip to the area and plan to return again in early 2013. We will be staying at Oceanwalk again--no surprise there.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
