Sandance beach house is located directly on the ocean and across the road from Guana Lake State Park. Watch sunrise over the beach from either your second story, expansive deck of 50 x 12 feet or third story master suite deck. Watch the sunset over Guana Park from the second floor front deck.

This spacious home, over 2500 square feet, has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, kitchen, dining area and 2 living areas with see-through stone fireplace. Oceanside living room has stereo, cable television, VCR/DVD player, and full size futon for added sleeping. Parkside play room has 2 story cathedral ceiling, ping-pong table and assorted games and books. Wood building blocks are hidden in the black foot locker. Completing the main floor area is the bedroom wing which has 2 bedrooms; parkside bedroom has twin beds, oceanside has queen bed. Shared bathroom with shower is located between the two bedrooms.

The master suite is privately located on the third floor. The suite has a queen bed, stone fireplace, bath with jacuzzi and shower and separate upper level deck with views to St. Augustine.

Ground floor consists of single car garage with automatic opener, laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer and a self-contained ground floor apartment occupied by a caretaker.

  • Private dune walkover takes you directly from the deck to the beach where you can enjoy beach activities. In town, kayaks are available. Launch right out your back door or take your kayak 1 mile south to the park entrance and explore the natural beauty and wildlife of Guana Park. Miles of hiking and off-road biking trails are also available in the park. Just out the front door is a newly completed bike path which connects you to Ponte Vedra, 15 miles north, or St. Augustine, 15 miles south. In St Augustine you can visit the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, walk down St. George Street, take a guided carriage tour of the historic district, dine at a variety of restaurants. Rainy day? Outlet malls are a short drive. Nearby is the World Golf Village with golf museum and an IMAX theater. Be sure to check out the Northeast Florida activities book in the house.
