We stayed here twice during last winter. Everything met our expectations! Everything was described perfectly. I would always - and will - come back to this place!

We stayed here during the first week of August in 2011, for a mini-family reunion. We were a little nervous about reserving this condo, based on the negative review from March 2010. However, everything was exactly as was described on the VRBO website. The only minor problem was that there were only 4 sets of towels rather than 7. Some people were coming later in the week, so we just called them and asked them to bring their own towels. There weren’t any dish towels in the kitchen, so if you plan on cooking, you might want to bring your own dish towels. The condo does not have cable TV or a satellite dish (which is listed in the condo description and also on the contract), so we were not able to watch any TV, but we looked at this as a positive thing rather than a negative thing. There are over 100 movie DVDs, but we didn't have time to watch any of them. There are plenty of things to do in the Mammoth area, so we would be outside until 8 PM, and then we’d come home, make dinner, visit a little and go to bed. The interior of the condo looked just like the photos on the VRBO website. The hot tub, in the condo complex, is big enough for 20+ people. While we were there, we went hiking every day, in Yosemite, near Mono Lake, Rock Creek Canyon, and in the Mammoth area.

The owner did not provide what was requested. What they agree to was not delivered. I would not recommend staying at this condo. Because of VRBO rules on postings, I cannot provide any details. My recommendation is that you stay somewhere else.

Our family of six spent a week from 7/28 to 8/2 and we had a great time. Mammoth Point is in a quiet area, away from all the noise and traffic. The cabin was clean and comfortable with every things that we need and more. Our children love the decoration, all the games and the large DVD collection. Would definitely come back.
