If you have visited many ski resorts you know that the term ski in - ski out is often rather loosely interpreted. That is NOT the case here. Awesome location.

Andy and Brenda Thanks so much for renting the condo. The condo is in an amazing location, directly adjacent to the Peak 8 slopes. The view overlooking the slopes is awsome. It is extremely roomy and comfortable. The two hot tubs were big and hot, very nice to get into after a long day of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and will return on the next trip.

We really enjoyed staying at skiwatch. We have four kids and everyone had a great time. the ski in/ski out amenities were great. We all fit comfortably in the condo. The hot tub was so nice after a day of skiing. The fireplace was very nice as well. We would love to go back. I would recommend having a car as there is a steep hill to walk down to catch the city buses, although it is not a far walk. Thank you so much for all your helpfulness, owners. We will never forget our fabulous Christmas in Breckenridge!

My group of 4 adults loved the location and convenience....you could even sleep in a little and still be on the slopes super early because of how close it was. The ski lockers and hot tubs were great, and great access to 3 good lifts for blues and greens. Only two tips are 1)Dont miss the last lift, because having to walk up the hill with your gear at the end of the day is tough, and 2)Rent a taxi if you're going to buy a bunch of groceries, as walking up the hill with a 10 or 15 bags of groceries is just about imposssible.
Owner response:There is also a bus that comes by every 15 minutes until late.

Location of the unit was phenomenal, owners were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The manager of the building was not too friendly, but there will be limited interaction with him. The overall building was a bit out of date inside, but the unit itself was nicely appointed.
Owner response:Building received total face lift summer of 2009 to match new buildings in the area.

Had a little bit of a challenge getting up the hill one day because of all the snow, but we managed. I think there was over 14" of new snow while we were there, it was great. The location of your place was perfect, the boys really loved the easy access to the lifts."

"Hi, we want to tell you that we had a wonderful time at your condo this past week. Your place was so awesome and we decide that we want to rent it again for next year! We would like to reserve it for 4 nights, March 16 - 20, 2009. You can keep the $300 deposit to hold it for next year." Thanks, Sally

Stayed week of January 21, 2008 with wife and two children for 5 nights. Location was excellent for ski school and access to Peak 7 blue runs. True ski in/out...No walking at all. Ski lockers in building...exit door and you are literally on the slope. Unit nicely decorated and full of all the things necessary to make you feel at home. Cooked in unit 3 of 5 nights. Views from unit were superb. Building a little dated, but unit itself is very nice. During our visit there were a number of families with kids. Would absolutely stay here again due to location and convenience. Nice owners who were a pleasure to deal with.
