Beautiful view from professionally decorated fifth floor unit. This small complex has a beautiful 2-tier pool area with zero entry and water fountain area for the kids, spa area and grilling areas. You are a short stroll from the sugar white beaches of the Gulf. Beach Service, (umbrella and two chairs), is provided daily,(seasonal), at our 300 ft. of private beach access.
Oversized balcony with pub-height table and chairs is perfect for your morning coffee or a light lunch. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Destin Commons, a favorite shopping destination is just a couple of miles as well as Big Kahuna's Water Park and championship golf courses.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and private bath. There is also a bunkroon and bath with it's own TV/DVD area. This unit is spacious and waiting for you to enjoy.

I was looking for a last minute quick getaway with my wife and two kids before school starts. The owner, Nancy, made it very easy to make the arrangements. What a great condo! It nicely decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. The king bed in the main bedroom was more comfortable than my bed at home! Even the bunk beds were comfortable! The pool is one of bigger ones in the area. The beach access is about 200 yards down the road from the front of the property, but it was easy walk down the paved walking/bike trail. The free beach service was fantastic! It was nice having 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for us everyday. My family fell in love with the place and didn't want to leave. When we return to the Destin area we will definitely try to book this condo again!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children.

This condo was a great home away from home for my family. The view is great and we loved the location. Short walk to the beach and the added perk of already having chairs and an umbrella at the beach made it very nice (and saved money!) The resort style pool was perfect for our 2 year old son. We can't wait to return to Destin next summer and hope to stay here again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My wife, son, and I stayed at property 10155 for the fourth of July. There are so many positive things that can be said about the condo... The condo is very well decorated and clean. The view from the fifth floor balconey is wonderful. Every morning, I would relax on the balconey with my four year old, enjoy the view of the ocean and pool while we discussed the upcoming day. Access to the beach is very close. Even with little ones, the walk is very easy. The pools are family friendly and very large in relation to the number of units. Even during the busy holiday week, the pool was never crowded. The location of beach resort provides quick and easy access to all of our favorite restaurants and shopping. We will definately stay at this location on our next trip to Destin.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Nancy, I wanted to thank you for everything you did to make our vacation great. The condo was absolutely wonderful and perfect for us. I can not say enough good things about the condo and the entire facility. It was amazing. We had no oil at all and the weather was great and sunny. We enjoyed the pool so much and the beach was like a picture. I truly look forward to taking another vacation to Destin and staying in your condo. I can't thank you enought for keeping us updated on what was truly going on in Destin, because I may have cancelled a perfect vacation if it wasn't for that. Thank you again for everything.
