Puerto Aventuras is a small, peaceful gated beach community located between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum, about one hour south of Cancun International Airport.
Nearby Activities:
Walk along the marina to several enjoyable restaurants and bars. Go scuba diving, deep sea fishing, play golf, lay out on the beach, or swim with the dolphins. Take a ferry over to Cozumel, visit the near-by Mayan Ruins or simply hang out at our beautiful condominium and enjoy the ocean views from every window.
Our condominium is available for rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Our Building, Condo Dzul, is within walking distance to everything in town and is situated just down the street from the Dreams Resort on a quiet (dead-end) street which ends at the Main Marina entrance.
Cozumel, Playa Del Carmen, Akumul and Tulum are all easy day-trips with convenient access.

Why the Owner Chose Puerto Aventuras
We bought our condo in 2005 after traveling to the Mayan Riviera over two dozen times since 2000. Though we'd each been to Playa del Carmen numerous times, we found Puerto Aventuras to be a more peaceful relaxing community to visit. However, it still offers easy access and close proximity to the more abundant shopping and active nightlife of Playa del Carmen when the inclination arises.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We decorated our condo in a very simple, colorful, uncluttered way. It's a spacious, open, floor plan with lots of light. Since it's on the 3rd floor, it has a spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony - looking out over the marina entrance and further out to the southern coast. (Sunsets are an amazing sight.) Each bedroom has an ocean view from the window as well.
We have continually brought down books, games, and DVD's to our condo to provide some entertainment for our guests, in addition to the Satellite TV and Sirrius Radio (through the TV).
Our Condo property has a pool and gazebo directly on the marina for residents and their guests. The building also has an elevator to simplify transporting luggage to the upper floors.

The condo is owned by best friends, Jennifer and Sandy. We each live just outside of Washington, DC, but find ourselves traveling as frequently as possible to the beach to play volleyball and enjoy the sun.
Jennifer speaks French and German, should a prospective guests prefer to discuss rental information in their native language.

Beautiful, Relaxing DZUL Experience

The condo is in a perfect location--the pool and outside areas are beautifully kept. We had a great time, enjoying the fantastic weather and wonderful people!! The condo is very clean and big enough for a big crowd of people. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the marina and pool. The kitchen is very well-stocked--we made queso fundido one night and had all the appropriate cookware. We also used the laundry machine while we were there, which is very functional and handy. The bedrooms allow privacy, and the bathrooms make the condo feel like a hotel. The proximity to restaurants and shops is excellent--our favorite restaurant was Massimo's....we also had a great time at Gringo's. We liked to go to The Pub in the mornings after our runs/walks. The Pub has some great music and deals (four beers with nachos for a great price!!). We were able to do long walks around Puerta Aventuras, especially in the early mornings. People were very friendly. The area is conducive to exercising or just taking long walks in the evening and enjoying the breezes off the ocean. We always feel like coming home when we open the door to the condo--cannot wait to come back!! Whoop whoop!!

We stayed in this condo the month of February 2011. The property is even nicer than the description and photos suggest. It has everything one could wish for in a vacation rental. Satellite TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, everything worked perfectly. One day the gas dryer happened to go out and the maintenence people were there to fix it within minutes. The condo is exceptionally clean and well kept and the owners were beyond helpful and cooperative. Diving, snorkeling, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, theme parks, watersports of all kinds, mayan ruins, are all within fifteen or twenty minutes by car from this condo. It's also perfect for just relaxing on the deck or lounging by the pool. I can't say enough about our experience there. You'll love it. I'd recommend it to anyone.

This people are very honest and the place was great. We had some trouble with the condo and there was people right away to fix everything even though the problem were at Christmas time. The condo is very clean, and the view is great. We would go again anytime.
