"Surf's Up" is a beautiful, brand-new (2006), two-story, three-bedroom, two and a half bath 1,800 square foot ocean-view home located in Pacific Beach, Washington. You will enjoy a simply breathtaking view from this ocean bluff home overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The lower level includes two spacious bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, and game room complete with air hockey, foosball, basketball and electronic darts out in the two-car garage. The second level hosts the living room, dining area, and kitchen in an open floor plan, including the two-seat breakfast bar. Enjoy the gas fireplace or 37" flat-screen LCD TV with DVD while relaxing in the living room or unwind in the king-size master suite with an amazing over-sized slate walk-in shower for two, including dual handheld showerheads. The "Surfer" room on the lower level offers a King size bed and a slider with access to the covered patio and back yard and the second "Tiki" bedroom has two twins and Nintendo/TV/DVD. Beach towels and pack-n-play are provided for your convenience. As our guest, you are entitled to 3 complimentary visits (per party) to the Ocean Crest Spa, located less than half a mile away. The spa offers an indoor swimming pool, jazuzzi, sauna, fitness room, showers, and massage therapy services(available for additional charge) - a wonderful way to unwind after a playful day at the beach!
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a gorgeous sandstone slate floor. The large wraparound deck is perfect for barbecuing, entertaining, or enjoying the beautiful sunsets and listening to the crashing waves. Neighborhood beach access is just moments away for clam digging, finding shells, or a bonfire on the beach to roast marshmallows. We had a lovely post-Thanksgiving holiday here! We enjoyed walking the beach loop from the access road to the inlet at Pacific Beach. Also, the family room was the site of many epic games between cousins, in addition to deeply involved foosball and air hockey tournaments in the garage. A very cozy setting with excellent facilities and views! Thanks!
