Unit is situated on the top (3rd) floor with an elevator steps away from the front door. Vaulted ceilings and neutral tones accentuate the spaciousness of the rooms including a master bedroom with a king bed and master bath, guest bedroom with twin beds and full bath, and living room with a sleeper sofa for two. The dining room is very generous, the eat-in kitchen has a table that comfortably seats four people plus a counter with stools. A full-size washer and dryer are in the laundry area off the kitchen. The screened lanai has a southern exposure overlooking the nature walk.
Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
If you enjoy walks in a serene environment, consider the miles of path that weave throughout the gated community including the private boardwalk that takes you out to the bay where you can delight in the exquisite sunsets from Bay Forest's Tiki Hut.
Bird watchers delight in the preserved areas that house eagles and other rare birds.
Relax in one of the 2 heated pools or just unwind in one of the whirlpools. Pool area includes screened eating area, restrooms,BBQ pits and picnic tables. Clubhouse features tennis courts, bocci courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, activities and billiards.
