This was our first time renting a condo (we usually go the hotel route). How wrong we were in the past! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had a very "beachy" feel! We had a great view of the ocean from the patio where we could enjoy a nice bottle of wine. The full kitchen was a lifesaver. We had the option of cooking during the day or going out to eat. It was like a home away from home. It was bigger than what we needed, but we liked having the extra space. The area is so nice and not too touristy. We'll definitely be giving Lisa a call next year!

Wonderful Condo

We stayed in this condo in June 2011. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. The condo is located in a perfect area with quick drives to both Clearwater Beach & Madeira Beach. The condo is well furnished, and very clean. We stayed with our 3 kids & they loved the pool & the easy access to the beautiful beach. We are looking forward to staying in this condo again!

Great Vacation Spot

A fantastic condo with a great view of the Gulf from the balcony. The unit was comfortable and we had plenty of space for three adults and two teenagers. The pool was crystal clear and sits directly adjacent to the beach. Very relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the location of the condo because of it's central location to Clearwater Beach, John's Pass (Madeira Beach), Treasure Island, Ft. DeSoto Park, Caledesi Island, etc. There are a few restaurants near and a great little ice cream shop (The Candy Kitchen) just a couple blocks away. Numerous other restaurants are only a short drive (5 to 10 minutes). One of our favorites was the Conch Republic. Only about 30 minutes to Busch Gardens and 1 hour 20 minutes to Disney, Universal, Oralando attractions. The beach was picturesque, just as you'd imagine it. We saw dolphins daily from the condo balcony. There is a bird sanctuary right next door and free to tour. We also saw (in the area) other wildlife including sting ray, manatee, shark, and sea turtles. (These were all seen on a ferry ride to Egmont Key.) We would have no trouble recommending this condo to family or friends and would go back there for ourselves in a minute.

Only One Concern

Condo is nicely furnished and has plenty of room. Only problem was "misinformation" listed on this site. One of the reasons we chose this condo was because of WiFi which was listed as a type of "communication". We were unable to connect to the internet and when the owner was contacted, she said her unit did not advertise that it had WiFi. Upon returning home, we checked the listing again and found that it did, indeed, state there was WiFi. We wrote the owner asking if she might give us some type of refund for this. Although we really did not expect a refund, we did expect a reply, which we never received. The owner did remove the WiFi information from the listing so that's a good thing for the next person who is considering renting this particular unit.

We stayed in this condo while attending a family event. I was really surprised with the size of the unit and how well it is furnished. Bedrooms and living area were very large, and the separate dining area was perfect for family meals, that is when we weren't eating on the terrace. We could not have been more pleased with everything there. The unit is beautiful both inside and out. It is well located on the island and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We really liked the pool because it was right on the beach. The beaches here are covered with sea shells and the county does a great job keeping them very clean. Lisa was awesome to work with in scheduling the condo, and we highly recommend this unit. Frankly, I wish we were still there.
