This is the perfect place to stay while you visit San Antonio. Located in the beautiful, historic, King William residential area, this charming cottage offers its occupants the best of both worlds. Walk or ride the trolley to the Riverwalk and downtown San Antonio for daytime and evening fun and return to a quiet, peaceful neighborhood to sleep and relax.

There is a king bed in the spacious bedroom, a parlor, study, bath with both clawfooted tub and tiled shower, dining room and full kitchen. A screened side porch is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or lemonade on a warm afternoon.

Shopping, museums, movies, live theatre, the zoo, and amusement parks are minutes away.

Children and pets are welcome and weekly housekeeping is included in the price. At this time there is NO hotel tax for stays 30 days and over.

Limited stays of under 30 days are available at the rate of $150 per night plus tax for double occupancy. There is an extra $25 plus tax charge for extra adults (maximum of 4 total adults); there is no charge for children under 12.

JAN-DEC: Monthly(30 consecutive days) rate is $2100-$2400; rate for
days over 30 is $70-$80 per day.  There is no tax for stays of 30
days or more. 50% Deposit at time of booking, remainder due on or
before arrival. Deposit, minus $100 Cancellation Fee, is refundable up
to 60 days prior to arrival; entire deposit is forfeited if
cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival.  Stays for less
than 30 days are available on limited basis; rate is $155 plus tax for
2 people; $35 plus tax for each additional person.No charge for 12 and under.
