Come and visit one of the most desired vacation destinations on the east coast, and stay in one of the most desired locations, the Huntington Villas in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation. This beautifully laid-out, two-story villa is fully furnished and only steps from the private heated pool that is for Huntington guests only. An open floor plan with a main floor master bedroom with king-size bed, full shower and Jacuzzi tub, a private door to the rear deck and screened-in porch that sits on Broad Creek , an 11 mile interconnected waterway. Fishing and boating in the waterway are allowed.
One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen-size bed with full shower. The third bedroom, located upstairs, has two twin beds with full bath. A second Queen Hide-A-Bed is located in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath off the kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and Breakfast Bar complete the main floor.
In addition to the pool and a five minute walk to the beach, there are three 18 hole PGA golf courses within Palmetto Dunes just minutes from the Villa - George Fazio, Trent Jones, and Arthur Hills - for which you receive discount coupons. Also included are 2 hours per day of FREE tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center (ranked in the top 50 in the United States) which is less than one mile of the Villa and has 23 clay and two hard courts.
Shopping is close by throughout the island; Shelter Cove Marina is located across the street from the entrance to Palmetto Dunes where you will find great shopping and outstanding restaurants. Palmetto Dunes free shuttle service is available (April through September) to transport you throughout Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove areas.

This is a wonderful villa, and the owner made sure the start of the vacation went easily. The villa is in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes with palm trees and live oaks to shade your way. Huntington is very quiet so the short stroll to the beach is very enjoyable. Everyone we met was very friendly making for a relaxing and happy vacation. The pool is very close and bikes are easy to rent. The villa itself was clean and well cared for. It was not updated, but that did not matter to us as the beds were really comfortable and there was no noise at night. We are looking forward to going back again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
