This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is on the third floor of the Vista Coral Condominiums. It is the only condo project on the water side of the Malecon (the waterfront boulevard and sidewalk) in La Paz. It is an easy two block walk into the city center yet the view from the deck is all water and palm trees. Other condo projects, such as La Concha or Costa Baja are far enough from town that a taxi is required to go out to a restaurant or to shop.
The condo is furnished with new beautiful furniture, with a leather couch, love seat and overstuffed chair in the living room, a dining table with six chairs, and two nice bedroom sets. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two twins that can be made into a second king size with the linens provided. The deck has a table for four. We offer high speed wireless internet, satellite TV, and a DVD player. No smoking or pets allowed.
The first floor of the building has two nice restaurants. One is the kind that locals take someone to on a special occasion. The other is more casual but very nice. Both have sidewalk dining right on the seawall overlooking the bay and the town waterfront.
There is a pool for the condo-owners that also overlooks the bay. The beach in town is lovely, but most of the locals go to the beaches north of town for a day's outing.
You will notice that the shopping in La Paz is more for locals than for tourists. There are very few tourists wandering the shops in La Paz. We have never met a time share salesperson in La Paz. There are probably 20 restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the condo.
We have a covered parking spot in a gated parking lot. There is a elevator to the unit.

Perfect location in La Paz!

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this perfect condo in june/july of this year. The location could not have been better. Just outside the fenced area are two excellent restaurants and one of our favorites a 4 minute walk down the Malecon, Pappa and Beers. This condo is the only one on the beach side of the Melacon and the views are spectacular. The owner was very detailed in all the information we needed to enter the property and suggested many restaurants and activities as well. It was made very simple to enjoy this home for 2 weeks! The two bedroom unit was spacious. Each bedroom had its own bath and dressing area. All amenities were included with a very well stocked kitchen....everything we needed was there. La Paz is the place we want to visit again soon! We highly recommend Vista Coral as no other property offers you the location, views, cleanliness and security as well as this condo does.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.
