Hacienda

The Spanish Style 9 bedroom 9.5 bath Hacienda offers an Excellent location. Ski down to 4 lifts at Peak 8(#5,#7, Colorado and Rocky MTN Superchairs) Excellent Views, in room privacy, as well as larger rooms for Gatherings are just added benefits to this Location. Each bedroom and bath is individually decorated in the Southwestern style. The 12' x 6' Hot Tub is great for after ski gatherings.
There is a meeting/lounge area on each of the three floors that allows for even more privacy or gathering to take place. One area is a den with Spectacular Views, Three Decks, gas fireplace, one is a Game Room/Cantina that exits to the outside hot tub and the last is a sunny room with gas fireplace overlooking the back yard/Ski run. There are two kitchens, cantina, and lots of room to spread out.
You will not be dissapointed with this House, It is really fun with a great quite location. Kids to Grandparents really enjoy The High Country Hacienda.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes

I have lived in the area for 20 years and have greatly enjoyed all the amenties that Breckenridge has to offer. I have been skiing breckenridge since 1974, and still love this mountain the best. We now want to make it easy for others to also enjoy, and this House makes it very easy.

We absolutely love the ski in/out access of this home. Being on the Mountain has such a great feel.
