Easy and Fun. This spacious 1900 square feet townhouse is the perfect place for two families or a group of friends who want to have a fun ski trip in Colorado without even trying!
Just an hour and a half from the Denver Airport, this place is EASY to find. Take the first exit off Interstate 70 after the Eisenhower Tunnel, head up the hill and you are there. Park in the covered garage.
It is EASY to prepare for the first ski day with ski rentals just down the hill, as well as a great grocery store, restaurants with local character, and even a Target for anything you may have forgotten to pack.
It is EASY to relax after skiing with a full kitchen for making a great meal (and a large freezer if defrosting and microwaving is the most you want to do!) a large dining room table for everyone to gather around, and an inviting private hot tub just steps away on the deck to soothe your muscles so you are ready for the next great ski day. And the den downstairs is perfect for the kids or the group wanting to watch a different movie.
EASY to get to great skiing at the nearby ski resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, and Copper Mountain.
EASY to enjoy this well designed town house with two beautifully decorated master suites upstairs {it is like sleeping in a tree house}, a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of room to sit and eat or play games, and comfy living room with private hot tub just outside the door on the ground level. Downstairs is a roomy bedroom with a double/twin bunk and daybed with trundle, a full bath and a large den with pull-out Queen size bed.

My family has stayed at this property 3 times now because we have enjoyed it so much! There was plenty of space for our family to spread out in, with a living room upstairs and a den downstairs. The hottub on the deck was also an added bonus! The owners keep this place well maintained, which was really important to us. The property is easily accessible to the resorts, restaurants, shops in the area. I would definitly recommend this property to other families/groups who are looking for a place to spend a relaxing ski weekend.

Great location. Near all the slopes and shopping. Mitzi is very easy to work with. We'll be back. Love this place.

My husband and I stayed here for our big ski trip. We had family and friends in and out during our stay There was plenty of room for everyone. They all loved the hot tub. This is a great place to stay and close to all the ski resorts. We would love to come back during the summer. We will be back for more skiing! Stayed at the condo twice already this year and both times have been wonderful. Owner is easy to work with and very quick to respond. Condo is spacious and comfy. Hot tub was the perfect after ski/snowboarding activity. Will definitely stay here mutiple more times.

My kids and I have stsyed here both in summer and winter. We love the location and its proximity to both Breckenridge and Keystone - and we have had fun exploring Dillon as well. The layout is perfect - kids can play downstairs while the adults converse on the main floor. Bedrooms are nice and private with comfy beds. We keep coming back. Thanks!

A terrific place!!! It is ideally located for skiing at Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, or even Copper. Kids slept downstairs and had their own play area, while adults were upstairs. There are even a few owner supplied entertainment surprises. Loved the place and will definitely come back.
