Located on 3 acres our spacious, elegant 2 bedroom Apartment overlooks the Sierra Foothills. The two bedroom apartment is an independent unit with a seperate entrance attached to the main home.

Walking and jogging trails are only minutes away. The Apartment is conveniently located a few minutes drive from Historic Downtown Grass Valley, Nevada County Fairgrounds, Empire Mine State Park and Nevada City.

The 2/BD BEDROOM 1/BA APARTMENT offers: bedroom #1 - queen bed; bedroom #2 - king bed; living room has a queen pull-out sofa bed; fully equipped kitchenette; bathroom with shower; private deck with deck furniture & propane B-Que; Wireless Internet; High Def TV w/DVD player.

Our area offers an array of cultural activities such as: wine tasting and tours, music festivals, live theater, day spas, antiqueing, specialty shopping in both Grass Valley and Nevada City.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, we are 15-20 minutes away from the Yuba River, Lake Rollins, hiking and mountain biking trails, cross country skiing, horse riding trails, and 45 minutes to downhill skiing at the world-famous Lake Tahoe resorts.

  • Vanessa's guest home was a soothing respite retreat for us when we were in midst of closing escrow on a house purchase in Nevada City. We stayed one month in her charming vintage furnished two bedroom unit. This property is situated at top of a beautifully landscaped hill that's quietly refreshing of mind, body and spirit. The private deck was especially appreciated each morning and evening. Vanessa has lovely energy that is expressed throughout this property. ~~~Marian and Steve

  • We stayed two nights in the comfortable, clean and well appointed studio and were very pleased with everything! We were minutes away from the historic town of Grass Valley & about 50 miles from South Lake Tahoe. While at the studio, we had privacy and the property is forested and so beautiful. Vanessa is warm and kind and made us feel welcome and at home. Thank you Vanessa!
