Year Purchased: 2006
Anne and I bought this magnificient property so that one day we could retire here in sunny north Queensland. We currently reside and work in Tasmania with our two sons but look forward to the days when one day we can stay at our property other than on holiday occassions. In the meantime we enjoy our Penthouse as much as we can, particularly escaping from our "Tassie" cold Winter months of July and August.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Cove
Our Penthouse is in a great location of Queensland - not to hot in Summer and just right in Winter. Coupled with this the great beach, in a nice sized beautiful coastal town and only 20 minutes drive from an International airport makes this a great location for us.
