We are delighted to share our three bedroom, two bath home with you. This 1500 square foot home is located in the heart of Mesa, Colorado. It is positioned right off of the Grand Mesa Scenic and Historic Byway, State Route 65, on Mesa Street.

The home is in very close proximity to all of the stores and restaurants including Blink Coffee Company, Mesa Creek Wine & Spirits and Mesa Grande Mexican Restaurant. The town of Mesa is a focal point for many activities in the area.

Mesa is located 10 minutes from skiing and snow boarding at Powderhorn, 15 minutes from the Grand Mesa National Forest (fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horse back riding, snowmobiling, ATV trails, cross country skiing), 20 minutes to Palisade (wine tours and Peach festivals) and 30 minutes to Grand Junction. It is also the starting point for many hunting trips from September through November.

The house has an inviting front porch which leads to the large living room, separate dining room and open kitchen. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms situated in the back of the house.

The home is fully furnished throughout. The master suite has a queen size bed, side tables, a dresser and a private bath with a tub and separate shower. The two other bedrooms share a hall bathroom. One room has a queen bed, side tables and a dresser and the other has two twin beds, a side table and a dresser.

The dining room table will seat six to eight people comfortably. The living room has a large sofa, love seat and a large relaxing chair. There is Dish TV with 100 channels. The Kitchen has all of the supplies to cook and serve a great meal (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware etc.) There is also a dish washer, garbage disposal and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Please no smoking in the house and pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.
