This apartment is amazing in many ways. The location and the views are truly special, night and day. The magnificent Galata Tower is about 50m away from the living room and one of the bedroom windows. The finishing of the interior, including bathroom and kitchen, is high end by any European standard. Real wooden floors, marble bathroom, stainless steel kitchen, walking closet and brand new tasteful furnishings are features that set this property apart.

Im März waren wir, 2 Paare und 1 Baby in diesem wahnsinnig tollen Apartment. Wir konnten unser Glück gar nicht fassen, dass es so schön war, die Bilder im Internet geben alles recht authentisch wieder. Da wir 1 Baby dabei hatten, waren wir "gezwungen", eher viel Zeit daheim zu verbringen, aber gestört hat es uns nicht :) Die Einrichtung ist top, wir hatten wirklich nichts, woran wir uns gestört hätten. Die Küche war voll funktionsfähig, wir haben viel gekocht, es uns einfach gut gehen lassen, und das war nicht schwer. Übrigens waren die Betten so gut, dass wir die Agentur angerufen udn gefragt haben, was das für Betten seien :) Als Nachteil könnte empfunden werden, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt, zugegeben, wir haben auch alle übersehen, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt, aber dafür hatten wir auch eine grossartige Aussicht, so dass wir ein lachendes und ein weinendes Auge hatten am Ende. Aber in Istanbul ist "oben" scheinbar eh besser, wie sich vielfach herausgestellt hat... Also ja, wir empfehlen das Ganze sehr gern weiter!! Die Angestellten der Vermietungsagentur waren auch mehrsprachig und sehr sehr professionell, wir konnten sie wirklich löchern mit Fragen, sie waren sehr geduldig mit uns. :))) Babybett etc. wurde übrigens bereitgestellt, muss man aber vor Anreise klären. My family and I have rented several apartments in different European cities over the last few years, and this property was definitely one of the best. The apartment is really spacious, open and clean - exactly as it appears in the photos. It's tastefully furnished, and was actually featured in a Turkish interior decorating magazine while we were there! There were several nice touches, such as an ipod dock in the living room and an espresso machine in the kitchen. The location is excellent and the views from the rooftop terrace truly amazing. We were really happy with the service Kadir provided and would definitely recommend this place to our friends. We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and comfortable Istanbul apartment. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-appointed. Serdal, the owner's representative, welcomed us, helped us with our baggage, and showed us all of the apartment's features. He was very attentive and responsive to later questions and concerns. The photographs very accurately describe the layout and beauty of the rental. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and modern appliances. The neighborhood was convenient to many restaurants, shops, and tram stops. The only reason this rating is not five stars is that the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. It was manageable, but at the end of a long day of walking in a hilly city, that last climb was a challenge for the two of us in our late sixties.Did you find this review helpful? This is a lovely spacious apartment very well located for a holiday in Istanbul. Even with our 2 kids in tow (13 & 10) it was only walking distance to Spice Market, Grand Bazaar, Ayasophia, Blue Mosque, Istiklal Caddesi and Taksim. The apartment is well equipped and extremely clean with Galata Tower almost within arm's reach! There are some negatives to this apartment. Firstly, the apartment is located on the 4th floor of a walk up. This is no small undertaking with 3 large heavy suitcases and hand luggage. It is also a very noisy location as there is a hostel nearby & everyone seems to stay up until the wee hours. Also, we had no tv as was supposed to be the case as someone removed the cable box on the 2nd day of our 5 day stay. It is, in fact, a great apartment full of light, good taste and nice details. It is very well equiped and very clean. The pictures show exactly what the apartment is. Besides all that, it is very well located in a very pleasant place, just aside of Galata Tower, near of lots of bars, restaurants and shopping.
