Recently built, delightful, 3 story chalet style home in private community of Pocono area. House features approximately 2000+ square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms located on each floor.
A full bathroom with tub/shower combo in a master bedroom with queen size bed, recliner chair and a table mirror on a second floor. The remaining two bedrooms are on a main floor. One bedroom has a queen size bed with canope and a closet. The other bedroom has two twin size bed, TV and a closet. There is also a full bath with shower on a ground level.
The play room is located on the ground level. There is a bar stand, hokey table, TV/VCR, couch & love seat. Room can be used as additional room to sleep on sofas and reclining chairs.
This mountain top chalet has sliding glass doors leading to a large deck with beautiful views of the surrounding mountainside.
There is a fully furnished, cozy living room that has a sofa, recliner and TV/DVD/VCR/CD player and wood burning propane fireplace.
There is a full supply kitchen with full set of china and pans.
Towels and linens are provided.
Covered veranda and deck has table, BBQ grill, chairs and swing with unbrella to sit and enjoy a dinner and a wonderful view from the top. Also, house has one car garage and parking space for two cars.
Home is located in quiet neighborhood, very close to indoor and outdoor pools and the beach.
We are in WLE Wallenpaupack, surrounded by Lake Ariel, a man made lake 52 miles long, which offers a life-guarded beach in the summer, fishing pond, playground, tennis, volleyball & basketball courts.
Lots to see and do in the area. Close to lots of good restaurants.
All community amenities are included in the rental price.
Rent a boat or bring your own! Fishermen, Boaters, and the whole family will absolutely love it here!
Looking for area fun: Only a half hour drive to two major ski resorts and a 5-minute drive to Paws N Claws Zoo. Paintball, other Golf Courses, Hiking and more abound with 30 minutes.
