Imagine waking up to the beautiful sights of the ocean. Enjoy a completely, beautifully remodeled townhouse that is 25 feet from the ocean and a walking distance to Lahaina. Puamana is a gated community south of Lahaina. The 30 acre community is well kept with lush gardens and tropical landscape. If you are there during the mango season, fresh mangos are fruitful by the Puamana office. For your recreational needs, Puamana has 3 pools, one pool overlooking the Ocean, and tennis courts. For more of a relaxing afternoon, there is a hammock for your use at the townhouse. Set it up right along the ocean and take a nice afternoon nap.

The townhouse wide open and welcoming set up is truly a place to relax and enjoy a vacation. Great open sliders open the entire wall space on the ocean side, which makes it seem like you are right on the edge of the ocean. The open view throughout the house allows the sun to shine in, whether you are in the bedrooms or in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and updated with a marble island and stainless steel appliances. You can cook and still enjoy the view of the ocean.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and over looks the ocean. Slider doors open up to the lanai so you can bathe in the lounge chair. The master bath has an open marble shower with a jumbo shower head.

The 2 of the 3 additional bedrooms also have queen size beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The second floor bedroom has its personal bathroom and the 3rd floor has an additional bathroom with a marble shower and hand held shower head. One of the third floor rooms also overlooks the ocean.

This is the most relaxing place to be.

  • This residence was a wonderful experience! It was perfectly suited for our 2 families in summer '08. The second floor has 2 master bedrooms each w/ its' own bath. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms w/ a shared bath (perfect for the 4 kids). The kids loved having their own floor as did the adults. The kitchen was lovely & very handy. The town home is right on the water with an excellent ocean & mountain views. It is a convenient location near Lahaina (which boasts shopping, surfing lessons, beaches, & luaus). The wireless network was a must have, & we put the washer/ dryer to good use. We would love to return to this property!

  • This is a lovely three storey house and so much better than staying in a hotel. The simply amazing view out onto the ocean was pretty much undisturbed as only a handful of people would walk past all day. There are three double rooms (one with a huge suntrap balcony) and another room with two singles beds in so perfect for 8 adults or a large family. There is a large LCD TV in the expansive living room and we loved the kitchen, putting the ice machine on the giant fridge/freezer to good use. There is broadband internet (if you have bring a laptop) and it came in very handy for planning itinerary's. Individual aircon units are in every room and they were needed! Puamana is very peaceful and secure with codes needed for pedestrians or vehicles to enter through the gates - so hardly any passing traffic. Lahaina is about a 15 min walk along Front Street. (I recommend the Feast at Lele show which is just up the road for a great evening of food, drinks and entertainment under the sunset.) All in all this property is well located, in a quiet lcation near to lively Lahaina, the decor is tastefully luxurious and everything seems almost brand new. Very relaxing.

  • This was the perfect setting for our girlfriends reunion. The pictures do not do the property justice. The four of us had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend the property - to either families or a group of adults. The Puamana community itself is wonderful - like an oasis. And you couldn't ask for more when it comes to the property itself. We went to sleep to the sounds of the surf, woke up to drink our coffee on the lanai and watch the whales breach right off our shore. It's within a close walk to Lahaina to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. We spent one day on Ka'anapali beach amongst the masses, walked the hotel strip, and afterwards, were unanimously happy that we were where we were, and never went back to the main beach again. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

  • The pictures don't do it justice! It was even better than we thought. The townhouse was beautiful, the location is perfect; close enough to walk to Lahaina or stay at the townhouse and swim at the beach only steps away. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults loved reading a book in the hammock. The upstairs balcony was a perfect place to watch the sea turtles and whales swim by. We didn't want to leave!   • We had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite condo in Dec. 2006. There were five adults in our party and this condo definitely met all of our needs. The layout of this condo is fantastic and the views are outstanding. The sliding glass door to the lanai is made up of a five panels that slides open to create an open room environment. The beach in front of the condo is great for snorkeling as there is a nice reef where we saw plenty of fish and a few turtles. The waves are also perfect for boogie boarding, kayaking, and surfing. The kicthen is supberb and eating dinner on the lanai every night was a real treat. It would be very hard to find any faults with this unit and its location. The support staff was wonderful and very helpful in making sure we had a pleasurable experience. Thanks again for a great time and we hope to be back soon!

  • Welcome to Paradise, well thats just how it felt at this Puamana Oceanfront Townhouse. Brand new 4 bedroom unit has the best beach right out the front door. A spot to surf,swim,boogie board, snorkle, you name it, just steps from the lani. Want to do an activity, just roll out of bed and your there. The deck off the master is sweet, and the views of dawn off the parrott room penthouse can't be beat. The huge grass yard area to the beach is perfect for family fun, hammock between the palm trees perfect place for relaxation. Close to Front St Lahania, all the perks you could imagine on a great vacation. The kitchen was 5 star, including an outside grill, new baths and showers everywhere made it easy for everyone to get ready for dinner!!! Don't miss this PERFECTLY LOCATED 4 bedroom townhome. Aloha
