Just got back from am fabulous vacation with my family. Three generations coming together for our first vacation together and we had a wonderful time. The condo was great and well stocked,except for towels but with the huge washer and dryer that was not a problem and we were told up front. The kithen was well stocked and with enough dishes to accommadate the 10 of us. Some fire alarms were found in one of the bedroom drawers and a ceiling fan was not working in a bedroom but nothing major to complain about. What we paid for the condo for the week was a steal in our book and we will be looking forward to our next visit. Thanks for the memories!!!!!!!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo!! It was nice and clean when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos! The furniture was very comfortable, unlike some of the other units we have stayed in before, and the big-screen TV in the living room was very nice as we are people who just want to relax, listen to the sound of the ocean, and enjoy the Christmas movies at that time of year!! The oceanfront balcony is large and has beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset!! The kitchen is very well stocked with all the cooking utensils, etc. needed and we really didn't have a need to visit many of the other area attractions or restaurants as we visit down there regularly. If we did eat out, Bonefish Grill is always excellent and Sticky Fingers is great for take out. The boys like Wild Wing Cafe at the nearby Barefoot Landing on football day....The owner is extremely pleasant to conduct business with and always returned my e-mails if I had any questions prior to my stay (or during)! This is something else I sometimes had trouble with when renting from owners not on site is that they don't always return inquiries in a timely manner, if at all, but this owner stays on top of his unit and is always a mouse click away (or call I'm sure) if necessary! We definitely plan on making this our home away from home every holiday, after going through about five years of trying to find both a unit that works for us AND an owner that works with us. We believe we have found that in this owner and this lovely, homey, well-kept unit!!

Brought three generations to this condo based on the reviews we saw on it. It was perfect for us. My parents are getting up there in years and the master bath with the walk in shower was perfect for them. They loved being in the master bedroom with the balcony on the ocean, listening to the waves just outside the door. For us, the condo is just perfect. Really nicely furnished, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed when we decided to cook dinner for all 12 of us. There was so much for all of us to do besides play on the beach, putt putt golf is nearby, great regular golf courses nearby, wonderful restaurants, for us it's an ideal place for our entire family to vacation. The owners were great to work with, very repsonsive to our questions, there's no question in our minds--we'll be back! Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful condo!

We decided to visit North Myrtle Beach after Labor Day when the crowds are smaller and the pace slows down. It was perfect for us. The water is still warm, the beach was great and this condo was just right for us. Very warm and friendly accomodations. Clean and tastefully decorated we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay there very much and have already reserved time for 2012. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Our entire family loved this place and North Myrtle Beach! My parents, my in-laws and our kids felt right at home here. Comfortable and and most importantly,clean, it was perfect for us with enough room for everyone to do their thing. And the beach, it's beautiful there. We had so much fun playing on the beach, it's perfect for our family.The condo is conveniently located to everything, great restaurants, golf, everything we wanted to do was nearby. Thanks to the owners who were great to work with--we will definitely be back next year!

I often wonder where the bad reviews go and I will now think twice about what appears like a good deal. I rented this unit for 2 weeks the end of Aug. 2010. When we arrived I was surprised that there was so many things wrong in the unit. First we couldn't get the main slider open to the balcony. The rollers were of and we later found it in a back bathroom cabinet. The pocket door in the shared bathroom didn't close. The rugs were filthy. The dishwasher shelves literally fell out when we tried to load it. The towels were small few and well worn. The master bath was moldy.(which I cleaned up myself). My two year old granddaughter found all kinds of food under the bed and couch. After 2days the a/c stopped. The maintenance man was called and took care of what he could stating he would need to contact the owner and "other people" to fix the doors, ect. After sucking up all the dirty water under the A/C unit I offered to keep the towels and wash them.(Big mistake. I was charged for messing up the towels later). The "ice in the door" was frozen shut. Under the range hood and cabinets was so much food it could of been another meal. There is more but I am running out of room. I did talk to the owner on at least 3 occasions. Now I know the owner lives in another state and can't really oversee everything. I also know for a fact the unit was cleaner when we left then when we got there. Towels washed, folded and on the dryer, vacuuming done , bath rooms not moldy, ect.,ect., ect............well you can imagine how shocked I was when the owner kept part of my deposit being told by the maintenance man that the place was "trashed and he couldn't get the stains out of the linens" ie: towels I washed for him. The bottom line was the owner believed the guy who takes care of the place not me. This looks like another way to make some extra money. P.S. I did take pictures of the place but no one was interested. How long does it take to have a thick coat of pink mold on the shower curtain?

Owner response:I'm sorry that you feel we 'took' your security deposit as a way to make more money. The truth is, we've used this cleaning crew for over five years and regularly get great reviews for the cleanliness of our condo. And in the five years we've worked with them, they've only charged us for extra cleaning 3 times---yours being the third. They are most generous when they have to work overtime. They'll call us and note that there was extra cleaning but rarely do they charge us extra. So yes, I take their word over yours--I've worked with them for a long time, we speak regularly on the phone about our condo and they've done an exceptional job for us. They are there to help folks that have problems and have gone above and beyond the call of duty at times. I did speak to you several times and did all that could be done---I got the door to the balcony fixed promptly, got the AC running properly. And we've since replaced the dishwasher. Sometimes renters are hard on appliances and we don't know about it. We shampoo the carpets at least 2 times a year--I know--I do it myself. We do everything we can to make for a comfortable beach experience for our renters, again the reviews are a testimony to that. I'm sorry yours wasn't one of them.

We recently spent a week in this beautiful ocean front condominium with some of our family. We had a spectacular time and the condominium is beautiful. We were all very comfortable here. The bedrooms are perfect and the condominium is furnished so nice and adequate, and very, very clean. It is located in such a good area. So close to most attractions and restaurants. Maintenance on the grounds is A+ and has everything you would need. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We would DEFINITELY rent again! M

We have rented the last two years and truly feel "at home" in every way when we vacation here. We have everything we need - and now, when we arrive, we can unpack and stock up and groceries all within a few hours now which leaves the rest of the week to total relaxation! Everything is conveniently located to the condo and the only stress you could possibly have is how long you want to play on the beach before you enjoy outlet shopping. We stopped looking for a vacation spot the first year we found this one. Why look anywhere else? This is PERFECT for us!

Many thanks for an awesome vacation! We loved the condo and all the amenities! ITwas exactly as advertised, and was so comfortable for all of us. It was as my son told me "the best vacation ever" The owner was amazingly easy to deal with, and very quick to respond to questions. We just got back from a wonderful vacation at your condo. The condo had everything you would need for that home away from home. The view was amazing and very close to attractions. The owners were excellent to work with and will go above and beyond to help you if you have any problems. We recently stayed in your condo (June 26, 2010) for one week. We felt we had made a good choice to accommodate the 12 family members that were with us but we could never have imaged what a great choice this was. The place was immaculate when we walked in and we all felt very comfortable in our surroundings. Thank you for having allowed us to enjoy the view from your balcony as well as many happy hours enjoying our late evening conversations with the spectacular ocean view/sounds. The Perfect Family Vacation!!!

We stayed in this condo for a week long family vacation. It was the perfect size for all of us (1 set of great grandparents, 1 set of grandparents and 2 families of 4). The unit was very clean and spacious and had a wonderful view from the balcony. The pool and lazy river were nice. The tower was located conveniently to the Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing. I would recommend this unit to any big family looking for a great place. We will definitely be coming back next year!!!

AWESOME! We have stayed in several different condos at Myrtle Beach, and this one is the BEST! We were thrilled with the rooms and space that we had. We took my parents and they just loved it. This condo is incredible! We have 5 children ages 15-31. All of our children,my wife, my mom, my daughter-in-law, her mom, and my grand daughter plus a friend (a total of 12) thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Plenty of room, an awesome view, peaceful, clean, and very much a home feeling. THANK YOU!
