Very convenient. Appreciated little helpful things such as quarters for laundry, firewood, condiments, and cleaning supplies. Directions for cleanup and facility use were clear and succinct. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Overall, excellent experience.

This condo was EXACTLY what we were looking for and more! The property was exactly as described above - - maybe better! We spent New Years here and had a fantastic time playing raquetball, enjoying the hot tubs, curling up in front of the fire, taking the stroll into downtown Frisco, and hiking the numerous trails behind the condos. Luckily we had all these options because the ski slopes were a little lacking in snow. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and the covered parking was much-appreciated. We can't wait to come back! Note: It's mentioned in the property description but it is on the third floor so people with difficulty going up and down stairs might look elsewhere. (The short climb kept us warm, though, running between the hot tub and condo!)

We have stayed in several condos found on VRBO. This property was unique in that the owners were easy to work with and most of all, truly care about your stay in their condo. The hospitality and attention to detail made it as if we were guests staying with family. The condo is clean, there were plenty of towels, sheets, blankets and hooks plus all the little things like good soap and lotion and quality cooking utensils and dishes. Thank you for making our stay worry free!

We enjoyed the condo and the location. Close enough to downtown for a comfortable walk; close enough to the bike trail; close enough to hiking trails. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, well maintained and had a lot of the extra's. Extra's that you don't necessarily think of when packing for vacation but realize you need when you get there. BEAUTIFUL scenery. It is our dream to be able to spend a month or two in the Frisco area when we retire--we would consider this location for an extended time. Great vacation.

My husband and I stayed at this condo three years ago and finally had the opportunity to come back-it was just as wonderful and relaxing as we had remembered. We booked our trip last minute and Susan was prompt to respond to our request to rent the unit and thoughtful enough to leave a bottle of wine for us as we were celebrating our anniversary! We walked into the unit and could immediately hear Jugg Creek. We brought our bikes and had a great time riding downtown to breakfast every morning; Frisco is such a bike friendly town and there are bike racks readily available. We can not wait to book another getaway at this condo again soon

Perfect Condo Perfect Location

We just returned from a week stay at this condo. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and had a wonderful view. We really enjoyed the stream and mountain view. It was so peaceful to sit in the condo and listen to the mountain water go by. The kitchen was perfect and had all the supplies we needed. There was even a crock pot which we used the day we went rafting. What a great way to end a day with homecooked food already prepared when we got home. We spent our time hiking, biking, and rafting. The bike trails to Breckenridge and Keystone were great and the trail to Vail Pass was a good challenge for us. The hot tub was especially nice after we hiked our first Colorado 14er. Frisco was a great central hub to all of these activities. While there we decided we'd like to visit every year and plan to come back to this condo. Everything about this place was perfect, perfect, perfect.

I have been traveling to the Frisco area for years, decades actually, and have stayed in condos in Silverthorme, Dillon, Breck and Frisco but look no further, this is the place. There are many options in the Summit area, but if you have not spent much time in Frisco and in the Mountain Side location, don't settle. May sound like a broken record or redundant (as you read through the other reviews) but I can't help it, this has been one of the best rental decision I have made in years. Looking forward to my next trip.

Exceeded My Expectations!

I recently stayed at this condo, and it thoroughly exceeded my expectations! I had rented in the Mountainside condo complex last year, and had stayed in a 1 bedroom condo which felt cramped -- but this condo has a roomy loft area (with a another bathroom in the loft area!!) and high vaulted main ceiling. The place was surprisingly spacious for a "small"condo. Though I take my shoes off at the entrance, I really liked the stone-tile floor which ran from the entry door, down the main hall, and into the kitchen -- easy maintenance!! The place had superior views of the nearby mountains, and extremely close proximity to the club house and hot tubs -- which was great after a full day on the nearby ski slopes! Finally, I found that the owner of this place was one of the most accommodating and helpful people I've ever rented from. She gave me good recommendations on local needs (e.g, specialized ski gear). Plus, she ensures that renters have minimum hassles when they arrive (e.g., wood for the fireplace; quarters for the washer/dryers in the clubhouse; basic food items like spices, zip lock baggies, etc). In summary, I'll definitely be renting this condo again in the future!!!

What a lovely place! Felt right at home, owner had lots of extra touches (change for the laundry!!) that made the trip all the better. Have stayed at this complex before, this unit is the best yet! Great location - right next to the pool/hot tubs/laundry!!! Plus had nice views from the balcony. Unit was the perfect size for our family of four. With the extra loft area that still left the livingroom open for hanging out. But if needed the pull-out is there for those who need another sleeping spot. Will keep record of this place and return again and again :)

Over the last twenty year, I have been a frequent visitor to Summit County. I have researched and rented MANY properties during both the summer and ski seasons. There are many reasons that this Mountain Side condo ranks as my favorite. This quiet, spacious and immaculate condo is beautifully decorated and provides areas of privacy should you have overnight guests. The mountain view from the deck is wonderful. The trail system directly across the creek provides a great opportunity for a leisurely walk or a hike up Mt. Royal. The huge hot tubs are close. I really appreciate that after a long day of skiing. A few block walk to downtown Frisco gets you to what I feel is the best selection of restaurants in the Summit. I love this place! It is the best.

Hottubs were the best we've ever been in in summit county. The owner left fishing poles and a map to Rainbow Lake which was a wonderful hike from the condo for the kids and I. Definately Check out Rainbow Lake. I havent slept this well in months, very comfortable, we really enjoyed ourselves.
