This luxurious model home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac next to a family friendly park. Everything in this custom built 2609 sq. foot, home was chosen by renowned Phoenix area designer Arnie Rothenberger and is brand new as of August 2010.
The summer of 2009 included a complete renovation of the backyard. A new oversized stunning spillover hot tub was added to the already huge pool. A new Outdoor Kitchen BBQ and Bar was added with 50" TV. A new 4 lounger suntanning area was added. Finally a new Conversation area with comfy love seat and chairs to relax under a huge cantilever umbrella was added. Many new palm trees and plants were added.
The summer of 2010 included a complete renovation of the Kitchen and main bathroom. Please look at the pictures supplied as a picture says a thousand words. Note: there is a 50 lb ice maker + a new bar area.
This past summer of 2011 a complete renovation of the Master Bedroom and ensuite. Please see the pictures of the new Ensuite which includes a 2 person Steamer Shower with sound system, chromeatherapy, aromatherapy, Large rain shower head. There is also a large infinity over flow soaker tub. Pictures do not do this paradice room justice. Many special touches were inlcuded such as a towel heater and insta-hot for the sinks.
From paint to furnishing to fixtures, nothing was forgotten. The home is within a 2 minute drive of 4 incredible golf courses, many restaurants, shopping and a wealth of recreation areas. It is only 25 mins from the airport and 10 mins from the new University of Phoenix (Cardinal) Stadium. (Home of the Arizona Cardinals Football Team. OWNER HAS CLUB LEVEL SEASON TICKETS AVAILABLE TO RENTERS) and Glendale Arena (Home of the Phoenix Coyotes NHL Hockey team).
Once you arrive you won't need to go back on the freeway as all your amenities are close by. There is a huge heated pool and large hot tub in the back yard covered by magnificent Palm trees and surrounded by well manicured gardens. There is plenty of shade for those really hot days. Adjacent to the property is an immaculately maintained park with Basketball and Volleyball courts, a running track and playground.

A covered patio with table, chairs and an outdoor sofa will make for a relaxing and enjoyable time in your own private, desert landscape. The Luxurious Master Suite has a king-size bed, garden tub, separate shower, walk-in closet and huge master bath.
The four post King-size bed with Simmons Baymont Pillow Top Mattress set complete with Egyptian cotton sheets will make sleeping a decadent luxury. The second, third and fourth bedrooms have Queen size beds with similar bedding. The fifth room is a small Gym and sitting area that can turn into a queen pull out couch. For the children there is a 46" Sony LCD with Playstation 3 and games.
The Family room is equipped with a new 2010 54" Panasonic Viera large screen TV, and a Sonos Napster equiped library of music is available throughout the house and the backyard. Comfortable leather sofa's and love seats are located in both the family and living rooms. The office can be used as a work environment with High speed wireless internet or it can be converted to a 5th bedroom.
The kitchen is a chef’s paradise equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes including fridge, microwave, dishwasher, seperate ice maker and all utensils. It also has a breakfast area for 4 and 2 bar chairs that cozy up to the large kitchen island. For those large crowds the house offers a beautiful formal dining area. The dining room table has multiple leaf additions and 10 chairs.

If you love football: You are only 10 minutes from the magnificent new Cardinal stadium. ACT FAST!!
If you play golf, there are over a dozen spectacular courses close by.
For baseball fans, The Cactus league has three major league teams in the area for spring training.
For Race fans, Phoenix International Raceway, host to NASCAR and Indy car events, is just minutes away (NASCAR Nov and April)
For Hockey fans, The Glendale Arena hosts the NHL’s Phoenix Coyotes from September through May (pending playoffs)
For the outdoor types, The White Tank State Park and Estrella Mountains have hiking trails for all levels through the beautiful Sonoran Desert and Mountains. Explore quaint Litchfield Park with walking and biking paths. (two adult bikes are available for use) or you can sit by the creek and enjoy the wonderful weather.
Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff, Tombstone, Tubac, Jerome and Mexico (Nogales, Rocky Point) are only a few hours away.
Goodyear is a new area within greater Phoenix, and it’s character is reflected in the beautifully landscaped boulevards and shopping centers. It is a quiet part of Phoenix compared to Mesa or central Phoenix.
Everything you need is within a 5 minute drive. You will really enjoy your stay here, with the whole family or just on your own!

The people of The Valley of the Sun is why I chose to purchase a Vacation Rental property in this area. We use this house ourselves quite often. If it is available during the period of time you are thinking please call us to book a vacation. You will not be disappointed.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are one of only a handful of properties that offer a heated Pool and spa along with a built in fire pit. We also have a 50" HD TV outside around the BBQ/Bar area for those night Football games. Forthe short time you are here, I fully recommend you utilize all of the amenities. THE BACKYARD IS TRULY LIKE A RESORT POOL AREA.

This is my families home away from home. We do very little renting to strangers. The home has all of our personal touches. We love coming to Arizona to meet with our many friends here. We love our home here. We live in Markham, Ontario Canada full time, but look forward to all of our trips to the south.
