Located directly across from world-renowned Siesta Key Public Beach, this fabulous 1200 square foot ground-floor condo is the perfect vacation retreat with an emphasis on comfort. Recently updated furnishings include a new king-size bed in the master bedroom, two new twin beds in the second bedroom, a new flat screen TV in the living room, TV's in both bedrooms, soft plush carpeting throughout, and a beautifully updated kitchen. The large, screened lanai that directly overlooks the gulf and Siesta Key Public Beach, will become a favorite spot for meals, people-watching and beach activity.
The condo, located at the north end of the public beach, is a short walk to Siesta Key Village and all of its numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Many of my guests enjoy this first floor location because it affords them easy access to their vehicle, or to the beach, without the hassle of elevators.
The bathrooms are located privately within each bedroom and the bedrooms are separated by the living room. Both bedrooms also face the gulf.
This unit is offered privately, and I am the owner. You will find many amenities in my condo that are not typically offered in rentals.
My other condos are at House of the Sun and at Sea Club II.

Although I do not live in Florida, I'm on Siesta Key many times a year and constantly check to make sure that my condos are in excellent condition. Why the Owner Chose Crescent Royale
Dave and I have been coming to Siesta Key for over 15 years and we love it. We decided to purchase our condo at Crescent Royale for so many reasons. First, we really like Crescent Royale. We enjoy the large, heated pool, the meticulously maintained grounds and the fact that we have great views of Siesta Key Public Beach from all of the rooms of our first floor unit. We also love the floor plan of this particular unit. The bedrooms have the bathrooms privately inside of each bedroom and the bedrooms are separated by the living/dining room, making them very private bedroom 'suites' within the condo. We enjoy the fact that we can walk out of the front of the lanai, cross the street and be on the beach in about a minute. Our back door takes us right to the reserved parking spot for our car. The convenience of the first floor, along with the views and the great layout of this particular unit, influenced us to purchase this unit before it had a chance to go on the market. We just love it here!
