•Crescent Royale, Unit 106, ground floor, walk out front door and be on the beach in less than a minute.
•Two bedroom, two bath condo with the sought after split floor plan. We have one of the few units that offer both of the bedrooms as suites, the bathrooms are inside of the bedrooms and the bedrooms are separated by the living room/dining/kitchen running down the middle of the unit. This allows all rooms to have views of the gulf. Crescent Royale consisits of three buildings. This unit is in building 757, and that is the building closest to the village. This building offers direct , unhampered views of Siesta Key Beach from every room. Check out my pictures or ask to have me send you a video tour whick will take you through the condo as well as walk from my condo right to the beach.
•Master Bedroom has a high quality KING SIZE bed, a brand new 32" HDTV on the wall and a newly remodeled bathroom. (video tour available upon request).
•Second bedroom has two brand new FULL SIZE beds, a TV and a spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
•High speed wireless internet, DVD player in the living room, all new appliances in the kitchen and updated comfortable furniture make this condo a home away from home!
•Olympic size heated pool, rec room, pool & ping pong tables, internet around the pool, workout room, gas grills, shuffleboard, and if you did not bring a laptop, you can use the computer in the rec room to check your email. If you need to print out boarding passes, you can do so on the printer located in the rec room, free of charge.
•Coin-op washers and dryers are located on each floor in the laundry room located next to the elevator. This is just a few steps away from the back door of my condo.
•Crescent Royale is less than one mile from Siesta Key Village, a very easy and convenient 15 minute walk.
Having a first floor unit, you can just walk right outside to the beach from our lanai. There are beautiful beach weddings, Sand volleyball tournaments, Zumba on the beach, yoga on the beach, and sand castle contests and they all take place within a 2 minute walk from my condo.

Although I do not live in Florida, I'm on Siesta Key many times a year and constantly check to make sure that my condos are in excellent condition. Why the Owner Chose Crescent Royale
Dave and I have been coming to Siesta Key for over 15 years and we love it. We decided to purchase our condo at Crescent Royale for so many reasons. First, we really like Crescent Royale. We enjoy the large, heated pool, the meticulously maintained grounds and the fact that we have great views of Siesta Key Public Beach from all of the rooms of our first floor unit. We also love the floor plan of this particular unit. The bedrooms have the bathrooms privately inside of each bedroom and the bedrooms are separated by the living/dining room, making them very private bedroom 'suites' within the condo. We enjoy the fact that we can walk out of the front of the lanai, cross the street and be on the beach in about a minute. Our back door takes us right to the reserved parking spot for our car. The convenience of the first floor, along with the views and the great layout of this particular unit, influenced us to purchase this unit before it had a chance to go on the market. We just love it here!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This condo is equipped to truly make you feel that you are in a home away from home. I offer a generous supply of bath and beach towels and you will find a storage area inside one of my closets that is full of paper products and cleaning supplies. My bathrooms have bar soap as well as liquid hand soap and there are hair dryers in both bathrooms. Beaching it is a breeze from my condo. You will find beach chairs and beach umbrellas as well as a good assortment of beach toys at the condo. Being on the first floor, you don't have to take the elevator or walk the stairs. Just walk out the lanai door with your gear, cross Beach Road, and you are on Siesta Key Beach. My video will show you just how close the beach is to my door. My reserved parking space is right behind my condo and it is under a covered carport which will keep the car cool and comfortable. Going to and from your car with lugguge and groceries is a breeze!

Oh, I'm so happy now! We are getting married Sept. 22nd. Joe asked me to marry him last year, May 1st at the drums at sunset. We were staying at CROY and he rushed me over to the beach because he was so nervous. He snuck champagne in the cooler and everything. We LOVE siesta key and I'm really glad we've been renting from you for the past 3 years. Your places are great!

Donna, I wanted you to know I took the keys by the post office today. We had a great time. I highly recommend others going to CB's, renting a boat, and fishing out in the bay with live shrimp to the sides of the channel markers. We caught a lot of fish including three sharks between all of us. In all we caught 9 different types of fish (ladyfish, bonnethead shark, sand shark, grunt, trout, mackerel, sail fin catfish, another type of catfish i can't think of, and a pin fish. It was a blast. Selby Gardens was also real nice and decorated for Christmas. Now I just wish you had a place in Panama City Beach because we have a softball tournament there in July and I wish I had a known place to stay like we do in Sarasota. Take care, Lee C.

We have stayed at this property on several occasions as well as at Donna's other properties, Sea Club II and House of the Sun. Each property has it's own unique charm. All are extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked with ANYTHING you could possible need to make your vacation stress free and relaxing. Donna is amazing to deal with, very conscientious and attentive to our needs. We will have no need to seek any other accomodations when we visit Siesta Key as these properties meet all our needs. Hello Donna, Our vacation was everything & more than we expected it to be! I just can't express how wonderful we found EVERYTHING ! The weather was perfect, the condo was cozy & comfy, and the BEACH & that sand was TREMENDOUS!!!!! We had great food each & every night. Wow, what a perfect vacation. Starting with your beautiful condo! The condo is so nice, clean and well stocked. We always drive to our beach vacations because of all the things we need to bring. We didn't need to here. Donna's lovely condo is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. Throw your bathing suit, shorts and flips in a bag and head to this condo! I'm sure we will do it again. Thanks Donna for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Soooo very nice. Thank you so much! I REALLY, REALLY love that beach and was so sad to leave. We enjoyed visiting w/ our mother, yet having our own place! :) I will definitely keep your info for future visits! We had a wonderful stay at Crescent Royale. The photos Donna listed were very accurate and the video on YouTube was great! The condo was lovely and very comfortable. The view of the beach was much better than the pictures portrayed. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We usually buy some cleaning products to use while we are at a rental but it wasn't necessary as Donna had everything we needed and more. Donna was great to work with and made us feel comfortable, like welcoming old friends. The location was awesome! We loved sitting on the lanai with our coffee every morning and watching the beach and the birds that were almost close enough to touch. It was great having covered parking and the pool was very nice. The water was great and felt wonderful after spending a day at the beach. We loved not having to pack up the car every day to go to the beach...just walk across the street. Especially on a holiday weekend! This was our second stay at Siesta Key and we looked forward to seeing the drum circle again. After going on Sunday evening to the drum circle, it was fun to be able to go back to the condo and sit on the lanai to listen as the drummers continued to play. We look forward to going to Siesta Key again and would love to stay at Donna and Dave's condo at House of the Sun. Thanks Donna and Dave!

My husband and I love spending time in Crescent Royale #106 on Siesta Key. Imagine feeling so inspired by your surroundings that you are motivated to write a book! THE SIESTA KEY AWAKENING was written while enjoying all that Siesta Key has to offer. We love staying in this condo ... so much that the book mentions many familiar sights and sounds ... including the big black-eyed fish artwork hanging on the wall above the sofa, and the friendly starfish at the sliding glass doors ... all shown in the photos Donna posted on this website. I love swimming in the heated (84 degrees +) pool that is well-maintained, clean, and large/deep enough to swim laps. For me...that's important. There are so many things I could mention… including all the conveniences of this location: beautiful sunsets, the lanai view, beach weddings, excellent/clean fitness center, SCAT bus stop (easy access to shopping) and the white sand of Siesta Key Beach are all only a few steps away. We have made many new friends and always enjoy the cook-outs, pancake breakfast, home-cooked dinners, etc. Everyone is always invited to join in the fun and friendship! Donna and Dave… thank you so much for your many acts of kindness. Crescent Royale #106 and Siesta Key never disappoint! We look forward to future return visits to what we consider our home away from home!
