Very comfortable ohana in private home. Walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants, harbor and Wailea.
Large lanai is private with plenty of comfortable seating, BBQ and rustling palm fronds. Parking is outside & close to unit. Property sits low and away from the road; little or no street visibility & noise.
Nicely furnished and includes much of what you will need for the beach -- ice chest, backpack, beach towels, beach chairs, etc.
Access to shared washer & dryer in the garage.
This is a private home, so it is not a "party house" but a place to relax & enjoy in wonderful surroundings.
Ideally suited for a couple (King size bed in bedroom) and one or two children (queen sofa sleeper in living room). Plenty of dresser & closet space. Tub/shower in bathroom. Kitchen fully stocked with everything but the food. Please no smoking inside!
In light of new Transient Vacation Rental law changes, the ohana is only available on a long-term basis.
