Location: Private Homes, Santa Rosa Beach, Beaches of South Walton, Florida North West, Florida, USA (20 minutes to Destin & 45 minutes to Panama City)
Accommodations: House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 4 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)
Watch the sun rise and set over the Gulf of Mexico's crystal-clear waters from your huge beachfront porch, from which you can step right down onto the sugar-white sand of the beach. Awaken in your master bedroom to the soft murmur of waves lapping the shore. Enjoy the cozy living room fireplace on cool nights as you watch the moon rise over the Gulf. All of this and more are yours when you rent Casa Lacorte!
The master and queen bedrooms are on the Gulf side of the house, as is one of the twin bedrooms. The other twin bedroom is on the north side of the house, near the entryway. Both twin bedrooms have two twin beds each, and each bedroom has its own private bath.
A huge eat-in kitchen is open to the adjoining living room; both overlook the Gulf. A porch runs the length of the living room and Gulf-front bedrooms and provides a beautiful spot to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins take their morning cruise off the shore. Later on, enjoy our famous South Walton sunsets from your chair or on the beach just below!
The porches for each unit lead to the boardwalk that crosses over the dune to the beach. An outside shower is available for rinsing the sand off. A separate area has been set aside for grilling.
Each floor has an elevator for those who can't or don't like to climb steps.
This well maintained house, finished in August 2001 and under new ownership, has three floors: Two are rented as four-bedroom, four-bath units, and the third as a two-bedroom (with a king and two twin beds). Rent one, two or all three -- as a two-, four-, six-, eight- or 10-bedroom. This setup makes it ideal for large groups who vacation together but prefer privacy.
Sorry, NO SMOKING and no pets.
This is your place in the sun!
