This is truly one of the nicest rentals at the beach! It has amenities and features that you normally do not find in vacation rentals. Brand new for 2007, it is a beautiful place, nicely decorated and has ceramic tile on floors in living areas and baths. Kitchens have granite counter tops and all appliances, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Not your average rental property, it was designed as a permanent home.

There is an in-ground, private pool that is heated April through November, with lots of privacy. The children and parents alike, will love the 768 square foot recreation room with pool table, and arcade games and large Wet-Bar. Only 400 feet to the beach, and there are ocean views from the living area and porches. With 5 bedrooms and 7 baths, 3800 square feet, there is room for the entire family. There are 4 Master bedroom suites, with 4 king-size beds, 4 twins, and more.

  • This is a great home for a large family. We had 15 people and everyone was comfortable. We loved the easy access to the beach, the private pool and of course the game room. I would definitely rent this house again.

  • We spent Christmas 2007 at this house and it was so nice, we booked it for 2008 soon after we left. Very convenient location. And we were close to Burt's Surf Shop which is my favorite store at the beach.

  • dewey, thanks so much for your wonderful place. my family had a ball. the weather was very very hot. the kids loved the gameroom and everyone enjoyed the pool. there was plenty of room for everyone. nobody was on top of each other and we had four families. hope to see you again.

  • Dewey, Just wanted to let you know how much we absolutely loved your beach house. When you go on a vacation with a total of 8 people it is really hard to please everyone and I can honestly say we all had a great time and enjoyed the spaciousness and location of your home. We enjoyed the heated pool, the golf cart came in handy when we were having lazy days, watched the Sabres play on the big screen TV and we spent a majority of our time in the wonderful rec room. We are already talking about coming down again next year. This was one the of the best vacations I had ever had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

  • 4.15.2007 - This place is Awesome. Just got back from a week vacation with the family. 5 Adults and 4 Children (ages 9-15) Plenty of room!!!! The game room and pool were constantly being used. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Many restaurants and shops just around the corner. Would highly recommend this rental.
