This was my first vacation and my first trip to the ocean...I was alittle concerned about picking a place to stay online, I was pleasantly surprised!! The pictures online don"t do justice to how big and fantastic the house is! We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers in the house. I just returned home and am already planning my trip to return next yr, can't wait. Thanks Dewey

this house was everything advertised and more. the pictures dont do it justice, it is much larger. plenty of room for all eight of us. Dewey was a gracious host and we all look forward to coming back next year.

We had 12 people for the week and I was a little worried about having enough room for that many people. All worries were put to rest when we got there. The home was very spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We loved hanging out on the rockers on the porch in the evening and having our coffee out there in the mornings. The rec room was very handy for the kids to hang out. We loved all being able to have dinner at the table together and the kitchen was very adequate. The only thing that would have been better is to have a gas grill that would have been larger for that amount of people as we planned on having cookouts and we had to change our plans as the grill was not nearly large enough. The walk to the beach was very short. We did have problems with the guests across the street who enjoyed being outdoors and partying well past 2am. This made it difficult to sleep, but in no means affected the way we felt about the home! The pool was also amazing and gave us a place to hang out after a day at the ocean and "catch up" on our day and make plans for the evening. We would gladly recommend this place to anyone and Mr. Link made the stay very enjoyable. The place was extremely clean. I have already had family members begging me to rent next year! Loved It!!

BEST BEACH HOUSE IN MYRTLE BEACH

I have rented many beach houses over the years in Nags Head, NC and I will be going to Myrtle Beach toTHIS house from now on. Our 3 families absolutely loved everything about this house. From the Elevator, to the layout of the rooms, to the spaciousness of the house, to the game room and especially the GOLF CART. Dewey was the best and the house was immaculate and ready to go when we got there. We had two days of rain and being in such a wonderful house made all the difference with being stuck in the house for two days in a row so that we didn't mind being indoors. I can't think of even one little thing that wasn't fabulous. If you are not sure that you want to rent this, call Dewey and ask him to have me contact you and I could tell you personally how great this house and North Myrtle Beach really are. We will definitely be back in 2013 and we will absolutely be renting this house. This house has it all!!!

Wonderful Beach House!!

Our family of sixteen (9 adults and 7 kids) never felt crowded or "cramped" in this enormous beach house. Everything about it was terrific--the house was extremely clean upon arrival; the beach was a short walk away; the golf cart came in handy to haul chairs and a tent to the beach; the pool was sparkling and private; the elevator was a blessing for an elderly great-grandma; and the huge recreation room was enjoyed by all. I don't think it is possible to find another beach house in the area with all of the amenities that this one offers. Thank you, Dewey, for providing such an incredible rental. We hope to take advantage of this amazing facility again next summer.

Great Time for Women's Retreat Week

A total of ten of us spent the week at this house. It was clean and well maintained. The house is in a great location - only a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Dewey was an excellent host and was attentive in taking care of a couple of maintenance items. The golf cart was very useful. The only problem was that the dvd player did not work - we were having so much fun doing other things that we did not even notice it until late in the week. We will certainly refer this rental house to others and will plan to return again.

Awesome House for Our Guys Weekend....

We spent a long weekend at this house in April 2011.. Our group consisted of 9 guys in their 30's for a fishing & golf trip.. The house was perfect. Everyone had their own space, plenty of bathrooms and a nice open kitchen & living room. The house is nicely updated and very well kept. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. The golf cart was great. We used it to go to the beach. Dewey was great to deal with and gave us a nice overview of everything when we checked in. We would definately recommend this house. Also.. if you would like to charter a boat.. we used Fisher of Men out of Calabash, NC. The captain and mate were both great. Nice boat and a very relaxing day out on the ocean..

8 guys down for golf, this house is perfect. Kitchen area and table great for a big feast, lots of bathrooms for everyone. The golf cart comes in handy, but dont try to fit too many on it. You can walk to beach, stores and most needed ammenities in less than 10 minutes. One draw back, far from Murrel and pawley golf courses, but hey thats our fault. Well done Dewey

My entire family of 8 adults and 8 children rented this property from July 31st through August 7th, 2010. It was a great experience and the place was exactly as listed. The game room was a fantastic help, especially on a couple of rainy days we encountered that week. The size of the rooms was amazing and it gave everyone plenty of space. The kitchen was very well equipped and made it easy to make meals. The golf cart was also a great help going to the beach. We have been going to Myrtle Beach every other year for the past 18 years and this by far was the nicest rental we have stayed in. In two years we will definitely consider renting this property again. The owner, Dewey Link, was very helpful and was there when we first checked in to make sure everything was properly cleaned and that everything was up to his standards.

this is a very nice place to stay.we had 14 people there and it has lots of room for every one to roam in.would like to stay here every year.the kids loved playing in the pool,and the golf cart was perfect to get to the beach.it is a very quiet house so even when the kids got up early others werent bothered by any noise.very awesome.

This is a great house. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. There are so many bathrooms there is never a wait. The place was spotless when we got there. The game room and all the TV's came in handy. So did the location, since it is close to the main route, but not too close. It was just a few minute walk to the beach. The sunrise shouldn't be missed. Spent a week at the house with 10 adults ( including 9 golfers). We all had plenty of space and were all able to get ready for golf in the morning without any hot water issues etc. Table was ideal for all of us to be able to eat together and the family room was a great place hang out, play pool and listen to music. The heated pool was also a great place to relax after golfing all day. The location is ideal for golfers who want to play up in North Myrtle Beach and the NC/SC border area. House is located right down the block from Golf Dimensions and Martins' Golf Superstore (can easily walk to them). Elevator was also a great feature that made the week so much more enjoyable for those who have difficulties with stairs. Would definitely recommend this house and will hopefully be able to return there next year.

This has been our 5th year vacationing with Dewey Link. He is one of the most helpful and friendliest business person around. The place is always immaculate and stocked and even has let us check in a little early as needed. Any problems that arise,he solves them immediately.I can't ask for a better landlord! We have rented this home twice and will be renting it again this summer. It has everything a family expects -- and more -- in a vacation home. This rental property is extremely spacious with enough bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms for maximum privacy. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and an extremely large dining table. The gameroom provides entertainment for all ages with its pool table, wet bar, and arcade games. Did we mention the in-ground private swimming pool? This is wonderful for parents with babies and toddlers who might not like the waves and sand at the beach. However, the beach is conveniently located a short walking distance from this lovely home. The use of the golf cart is ideal for short trips to the market or gift shops and is so much more eco-friendly than driving your own vehicle. It is so nice to return to this home each summer and know that all in our family will thoroughly enjoy their stay!

We really was amazed with the home and the location, the spot was perfect in every way. The home itself had every thing that you could ask for. We really loved the fact that the home had an elevator which we used frequently. We stayed in the game room, loved the pool table, foosball table and the arcade machine. We took long walks on the beach, which only was a couple of blocks away. The beach water was a bit to cold to get in. So we rushed back home for the heated pool which was so relaxing. It is a ideal place for any age. In our group it was a party of 9 aging from late 40s to mid 70. Everyone enjoyed themselves and would love to stay again. If you pick this home you would not be disappointed at all. Very very spacious and clean. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by.

The owner was extremely friendly. We has 10 adults and 5 kids. Enough room for everyone. The place is so nice and well kept. TV's everywhere. I just can't say enough good things. There is golf cart parking just down the road for EZ beach access. Close proximity to Restaurant Row, Tanger, and Barefoot Landing. Other experienced travelers in my party kept saying what a great deal this was. Read all the other reviews. This place is awesome!

Great House - Close to Beach

Our family spent the Thanksgiving Holiday at this great house. It was so roomy and comfortable and it had eveything we needed. There were 10 of us and we all had our own space and when we all wanted to eat and hang together we could. The table seats 12 comfortably and the game room was a lot of fun. We shot pool, played fuseball and video games, there was a computer hook-up and a large screen TV. There were also TV's in every bedroom which was nice if you wanted to go relax. It was very close to the beach and had a pool which could be heated. The only thing is the pool was a little on the small side. It had plenty of seating around it if you wanted to jump in to cool off and hang outside. The owner was very easy and accomodating. Overall this is a great house and a larger than expected. Go have fun. We would def stay here again.

Stayed in this house 2007 and 2008. House is awesome and this is the first time we could all sit at the dining table. Elevator and golf cart made it easier for our less mobile family members. Easy access to the beach and had a great time playing volleyball in the pool. It even has a second full-size refrigerator, which came in very handy for our group of ten.

We just returned from a week at this home. Everything was as stated in the ad and MORE!! The golf cart is a great plus, although you are only a short distance from the beach. This home had every amenity you need for a week. The kids loved the gameroom for late night card games and guitar hero. Everyone loved coming back from the beach to a pool which was cleaned every day!! The adults loved having morning coffee and evening relaxation on the porches. Everyone had their own bathroom with their bedroom, a real plus!! This is truly the best house at the beach, as stated!!!!!

We loved our beach house rental. It was we expected and more. It had fun entertaining things to do for our kids, a private pool and it is so close to the beach. The property was exceptionally clean and the pool was also well maintained during our stay. The owner is a great man who answered all my questions and stopped by at the rental to ensure everything was ok with our stay. We enjoyed parasailing and jet skiing on this vacation. We spent Christmas 2007 at this house and it was so nice, we booked it for 2008 soon after we left. Very convenient location. And we were close to Burt's Surf Shop which is my favorite store at the beach.

We had a girls week away from jobs, husbands, and kids. Never a more relaxing week in a FABULOUS house. It was super clean, had all the comforts of home but only 2 blocks away from the beach. We loved the pool, killer game room. The elevator was a plus, too. Loved the no cleaning fee at the end of our stay and linens provided. Can't say enough positive things about this place. If you're looking to stay in North Myrtle Beach, you can't go wrong here!

This house is the best in NMB~it has something for everyone! Everything in the listing is as stated and better~! Great for vacations with children (or of course without!). Close to everything, quiet when you need it and close to the action when you want it. With such a great layout this house has everything.The large game room is a huge bonus and with less then a 5 min walk to the beach~what else could you ask for? The house was in prestine condition, well maintained and super clean (inside and out) with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was great and maintained throughout the week without inturruption of our use. The huge dining area was nice to be able to sit and eat with the whole gang at once. The numerous large bedrooms gave us all the privacy that we needed. The pictures listed are great but believe me its much much better than you can imagine. The owner is very nice and cordial. During our stay ~ we went wild boar hunting, fishing, shopping, swimming/playing at beach, Alligator Farm, sight seeing, putt-putt and much much more...there is tons to do close by! I can't say enough awesome things about our whole experience before, during and after our stay at this home...everything was perfect. I couldn't of picked a better place to stay for our trip and I highly recommend this house for your next stay in No. Mrytle Beach. Don't pass this one by....you won't regret it!

Dewey, Just wanted to let you know how much we absolutely loved your beach house. When you go on a vacation with a total of 8 people it is really hard to please everyone and I can honestly say we all had a great time and enjoyed the spaciousness and location of your home. We enjoyed the heated pool, the golf cart came in handy when we were having lazy days, watched the Sabres play on the big screen TV and we spent a majority of our time in the wonderful rec room. We are already talking about coming down again next year. This was one the of the best vacations I had ever had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

4.15.2007 - This place is Awesome. Just got back from a week vacation with the family. 5 Adults and 4 Children (ages 9-15) Plenty of room!!!! The game room and pool were constantly being used. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Many restaurants and shops just around the corner. Would highly recommend this rental.
