  We truly had an amazing time during our stay at the Cottage. Everything was so clean and well kept. So close to Asheville, Biltmore House and of course the little town of Weaverville. We enjoyed the fireplace on those cold winter nights which was every night we were there. We too thank you for the little extras such as the Christmas flowers and the chocolates. Thanks again Eric and we hope to visit again real soon.

  In our initial stages of wedding planning in Asheville we stayed at the cottage to have more room and accomodations for a 5 person traveling party. The cottage is lovely, has character, nice updates and everything you need in a vacation home. It was very neat and clean! The beds were comfortable, very nice to have laundry and kitchen available. The owner was great to work with and we cannot thank him enough! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  What a great house you have! So clean and comfortable and we loved the flowers and chocolates you left for us. You really made this place special for us. Thank you so much for that Eric. We loved exploring Weaverville and Asheville and ate a ton of great food, Honey Tupelo, Moe’s BBQ, the Stoney Knob Café. The bakery in town with their yummy cakes! We had such a great time.   Very lovely cottage. Placed close to the Biltmore Estate. We enjoyed the layout of the house and we were very pleasantly surprised by the fresh flowers and the chocolates. Thank you.

  Eric, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage and Weaverville. The Biltmore Estate was phenomenal! Thank you for such a quaint little cottage that went way beyond our expectations. It was perfect. The fresh flowers were such a nice touch and the chocolate, divine. Thank you.

  Thank you for sharing your rental home with us. The boys were so excited having their own bed and room. They loved the chocolates and the flowers are beautiful. Every thing was very clean and in order. Location was perfect. We will for sure come again.

  Eric, We had a wonderful time. Cottage was perfect and so clean. The flowers and chocolates is a wonderful additive. GREAT location. We love Asheville and Weaverville. It was nice walking down town Weaverville during the week. Bakery downtown has wonderful soups. Beats the hotel/motel routine by far.

  Eric, The setting could not have been better. I love the kitchen. Enclosed yet open. We had such a good time. It was good visiting with family and being able to see them without having to be an inconvenience to them by having our "own place" so to speak. We had our meals together here and everyone loved your house too. One brother and his family came from Knoxville TN and another brother from Arden so this was the perfect spot. We will be sure to keep in touch and book our vacations around your schedule. Thanks again everything was wonderful.

  This rock cottage was perfect for our mini vacation. We were able to enjoy the baths at Hot Springs, tour Weaverville a bit and get into Asheville with no trouble. Weather was perfect. The house was very clean when we arrived and the size was great (much better than a hotel room). The fresh flowers and chocolates were an extra added touch. Thank you again. We will be back.   Eric, We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful cottage. Very spacious, inviting and clean are just a few of the things easily easily come to mind. Logan loved having his own room and privacy and enjoyed running around in the back yard with our dog Bailey. We will definitely look you up next year for the holidays. It’s nice to have a comfortable, clean home away from home.

  10-2 thru 10-6, 2011 Eric, We enjoyed every second of this wonderful vacation. The house is so cozy and inviting, perfect place for us to relax on our honeymoon. Thank you so much for everything. The surroundings and the nice little “home town feel” was perfect. Flowers, chocolates, and popcorn was over the top!!

  This property was exactly as described by owner. My teenage girls loved it. They wanted to move it home with them. (Fresh flowers and chocolate when we arrived didn't hurt either.) After five days in a hotel room in Charlotte, this home was a welcome retreat with so many bedrooms/beds, a place to kick back and watch movies and to eat something besides fast food! It was a perfect location for us to reach our adventures...white water rafting with NOC, ziplining in the treetops with Navitat, Grandfather Mountain, Chimney Rock and the Biltmore. The location was also very convenient to grocery, drugstores, gas stations, etc. We loved the Sunnyside Cafe in downtown Weaverville. Food was delicious. The owners personal website is detailed and complete. Be sure to utilize that information. Thanks again Eric!

  Thanks so much Eric. The house was great, nice and clean as advertised and well stocked. I loved the fresh flowers – such a nice touch. We managed to see quite a lot during our week stay and we ate our way through Asheville. Biltmore is fantastic. We also enjoyed the arboretum and took a trip up to Chimney Rock. Since the elevator was in repair and dad is using a scooter, we opted for a pontoon boat ride on Lake Lure. Dirty Dancing was the movie filmed at Lake Lure, right? I appreciate you allowing me and my family to stay in your lovely home. Thanks again and take care.

  Eric, The flowers, chocolates, and cottage could not have been any better. My husband is an artist and spent much of his time sketching the back field and barn. The kitchen was well furnished with all the necessities (and more). We enjoyed the gas logs in the master bedroom as well. The Biltmore was beautiful and we took a short drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I hope that we left everything as clean as you did for us. Again, thanks
