It is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The lake has a sandy beach which is perfect for children. The back yard is huge and also fully fenced. The back yard is furnished with a picnic table and benches, adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, and hammocks. There is plenty of shade to relax outside. There is a covered deck in the back with table and chairs and a spectacular view of the Lake and hill country. The home is located on the southwest side of Lake Buchanan in Llano County. CANCELLATION POLICY: THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE 30 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF STAY. THERE WILL BE A 25% CHARGE FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE 11 TO 29 DAYS PRIOR TO STAY, 50% CHARGE FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE 5 TO 10 DAYS PRIOR TO STAY AND 100% CHARGE FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 5 DAYS PRIOR TO STAY.
