Breckenridge Resort - a great vacationing experience for every season! Far from the stress of the big city life is the 136 year old town of Breckenridge. The lure of gold and riches brought the first settlers to this high mountain valley. Founded in 1859 as a mining camp along the banks of the Blue River, Breckenridge has experienced a colorful history of boom and bust. Mining ended in the 1940's. Skiing in Breckenridge started in the 1960's. Breckenridge Ski Resort is now known as a world-class ski resort. "The Genuine Colorado", and "A Real Colorado Town with Unreal Rocky Mountain Skiing" are phrases you may hear from a local when asked to describe Breckenridge.

Breckenridge's history as a mining town is still alive in the charming Victorian town. Strict building codes have preserved many of the old Victorian era buildings of the "Old West". Today Breckenridge is a year-round resort destination with Summer and Winter activities to please everyone. Breckenridge is known for an abundance of incomparable shopping, dining, nightlife, over 400 boutiques, galleries, bistros, restaurants, and more variety that is sure to please every taste and budget. 

BRECKENRIDGE COLORADO - FOUR O'CLOCK RUN - VACATION RENTAL

The Four O'Clock Lodge is slope side and just 2 blocks to Main Street and an awesome location for the serious skier or shopper! This cozy condo is just a short walk to the heart of town, the slopes, and the lifts!

Town:
Two ice skating rinks, two Nordic ski centers and a variety of other activities, such as sledding, horse-drawn carriage rides, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobile tours and ballooning, are available in the winter. Summer offerings include the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club, kayak and skateboard parks, horseback riding, the alpine slide, art and film festivals, miles of hiking and biking trails in the national forest, and a seasonal orchestra that performs at the River Walk Center, which houses many diverse performances throughout the summer months. Access to hot tub and pool - one and a half blocks from property.

At any time of the year, families can enjoy the state-of-the-art Breckenridge Recreation Center or the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, a year-round skating facility. For some passive recreation, enjoy the Backstage Theater's live performances.

Our property sets up as follows: A master with a king bed and fireplace. A loft with low ceilings and 4 twins. A second bedroom with access to the family bath and a king bed. A third bedroom with a full size bed. Also a sleeper sofa with a queen bed. Ultimately this property sleeps 12.

This property is ski in ski out location. It has a private patio, where you can relax, drink coffee or a cocktail after skiing all day and enjoy the beauty of Breck. It is two blocks to the main town of Breckenridge where there are lots of places to eat, shop, see and do. There's a lot of night life in Breckenridge as well as places to get pampered in a Day Spa! An awesome town and a wonderful vacation condo to enjoy while visiting Breck!
