This one bedroom condo is actually quite large with 700 plus square feet of space and a huge lanai. Enjoy Classy Shopping along the beach, world class golf, fine dining and much more!! A 3 minute walk down to Kama'ole I Beach will keep you going back for days! This Beach is the largest and loveliest of the three Kam Beaches and features fine white sand and great swimming conditions. There are also consistent waves making it great for boogie boarding and surfing. Enjoy a 10 minute drive down to The Shops At Wailea, which is considered the most beautiful and exclusive shopping center in Hawaii. Here you will find stores such as: Banana Republic, Tommy Bahama, Tiffany & Co., Tori Richard, Gucci, Guess, Coach, Louis Vuitton, Montblanc, and Much More!! Recent guests at my condo have told stories of Deep Sea Fishing, Helicopter Tours of the Island, The Haleakala Volcano Tour, The Road to Hana, Rounds of Golf at Ka'anapali and Kapalua, and Scuba Diving in Kihei!!!

If you like the pool....

We stayed in this unit the last week of January 2012. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Kamaole I and II. The lanai has a lovely view. If you are not a fan of stairs, then this is not the place. There are stairs everywhere. The unit did not have a pool key and other guests have made the same comment in the guest book. If the pool is important, ask the owner if the unit comes with a pool key. Also, the TV in the bedroom did not work, but you are in Maui after all. Otherwise, excellent location in Kihei.
Owner response:A previous tenant removed the pool key and a replacement is there now. The TV in the bedroom does work as a DVD TV since none of the units in the complex have cable available for the bedrooms.

We stayed in the beginning of December 2008. It was much closer to the beach than I thought it would be. The sunsets from the lanai were fantastic! Everything you you need for a great time at the beach was there in the condo. Cooking facilities were fantastic in comparison with other condos I've stayed at. I's highly recommend this condo to anyone. It is quiet and central. Be sure you are in stair climbing shape though!
