Busy intersection of 12th and Mass has easy access to cab rides for flat fare of 6.50 anywhere you want to go in Downtown. Condos are newly renovated. DC Restaurant, Museum, Special events magazine included in your condo, free of charge. Building has an electronic numerical passcode security system. Rental office located inside building on first floor. Open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm. Condos have high-speed internet with Comcast Cable. Condos have digital TV cable with Comcast. Condos are 530-550 SQFT 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Bedroom has queen size bed. Bathroom has towels and full bathroom amenities. Livingroom has sofa bed or inflatable matress (sleeps 2) Kitchen has full cookware and appliances.
