Why the Owner Chose St. Pete Beach
John and I are both walkers and exercise regularly so the 1.5 mile walking path around the complex, mostly on the water, was a great attraction for us. There are his and her gym facilities as well. The club has an active social schedule if you choose to be a part, but if your inclination is to come to our vacation home to relax, there is a free library, pools for each complex area or the main pool at the club house to enjoy the Florida sun. The location is great with the Tampa airport within about a 20 minute drive, shopping malls, many fine or casual restaurants, and of course great beach boutiques (my favorite!).

There is the Rays baseball, Tampa Bay Buchaneers, dinner cruises, beaches, botanical gardens, old town St. Pete, many fine culturally defined restaurants, and much much more!

We have been vacationing at Harbourside since 1988 when my parents bought their unit. We fell in love with the complex and the location. There's so much to do and see that each visit was a new adventure. After my parents both passed away, I had to have my own place there in memory of them and all the great times we've spent there, so my husband and I bought in 2004 and have enjoyed visiting, decorating, and adding our own personal touches to our beach home. We love it and believe you will too.
