Why the Owner Chose Vail Trails East
Vail Village is a pedestrian only Village. Being a Pedestrian Only Village many condos do not come with parking. This condo comes with free assigned parking for one car. The parking is located just outside the condo. Vail Trails East is only 1 and 1/2 blocks from Bridge Street, the "main" street in Vail Village. It is a nice quiet location near Golden Peak and very near the Golden Peak Chairlift. It is also very near Children's Ski School. The chairlift and ski school are only a 1 minute walk. Now that's convenient!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I have lived in Vail for the past 20 years. This makes it easy for me to maintain and keep an eye on this condo and it's wear and tear. The owner strives to keep things fresh and comfy. The location is fantastic!

I'm sorry, no photo is provided. The owner of this property lives in Denver and is very proud of this condo and it's location. She is constantly improving on the product. I own a few condos next to hers and I assist her with her rentals in a management capacity and I live in Vail. All money must be sent to her, but if you need anything as far as reservations or assistance while your here, please contact me. Rene Blanchette 970-390-2816

With the stream just beyond the sitting area in the back garden - you can hear it babbling with the windows open - you would never dream you were just a few minutes walk to the centre of Vail Village. Great location! Comfortable unit, tidy & quiet. We had a wonderful holiday - stayed 12 nights in July/August - and never were at a loss for things to do. Have recommended it to our family and friends, and will check here first when we return. Thanks for the great stay.

We stayed at this location and loved it. The place was stocked with everthing we needed and then some!! There were also cute touches in the condo, like fun games and books. We really enjoyed ourselves and entertained several guests while we where there. The location was great, very easy walking distance. We will stay again if we can! Evelyn G

We go to Vail fairly often in both winter and summer, although more in the summer now that old age is rapidly advancing on us. We have stayed in a lot of different places and this condo is one of the best. It is a garden level unit with a wonderful walkout to a very enjoyable patio. Vail can be hot in the summer without much air-conditioning available. Because this is garden level, it stays cool. The space is very comfortable for two people and adequate for two more on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The location cannot be beaten. Put the car keys on the kitchen counter and forget them. You can walk to the ski lift, the Ford theatre, or the best restaurants Vail has to offer, even some inexpensive ones (a Mexican place on Bridge Street and Pazzo’s Pizza). The property is professionally managed and we have had a good experience working with the manager. You will enjoy Vail and Vail Trails East 7B.
