This lovely sun filled 5 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home is perfectly situated on a gently sloping wooded lot with a few steps to a large pier with a large area for sunbathing, relaxing or just enjoying the beautiful views of the lake.

Down on the lakeshore there is a gentle sloping beach area for walking into the water with a sitting area right on shore which is perfect for watching the children swim. There is also a rare boat ramp on the property which is perfect for launching a wave runner or your own boat. The pier is very long and ideal for sunbathing and it leads down to a floating dock with very deep water for year round boating, fishing and swimming. There is a 20' floating dock with a Trex top and a new aluminum ramp.

Crystal View sleeps 14** (see below) comfortably in beds with 1 king, 2 queens and 8 twin beds. This charming lake getaway has all the comforts of home for a very pleasant vacation including a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area overlooking the lake plus a large dining room for those big family meals, 2 seperate living rooms, a large family living room upstairs plus a second living room downstairs, 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is a fantastic view from the second floor deck off the kitchen for sitting and just enjoy watching the boats go by or having that morning cup of coffee. **more under certain circumstances.

The fully equipped upgraded kitchen has utensils, cookware and dishes, new microwave, range, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. You will enjoy awesome views of beautiful Lake Norman from Crystal View. Barbara's Crystal View is a large home with a upgraded kitchen and appliances, carpet and flooring and features Central Air Conditioning throughout, High Speed internet DSL and Satellite TV with 4 TV's.

There is a gas BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and a brick Charcoal BBQ down at the Lakeside. Crystal View has multiple sitting areas for enjoying those beautiful relaxing afternoons you came to enjoy. The pier is very large down on the waterfront for enjoying sunbathing or just hang out under the large shade trees in the yard.

The lakeshore is perfect for just wading with the children right off the beach area or just relaxing at the waters edge on those beautiful evenings on the lake. Crystal View offers something for everyone in the family with privacy and plenty of room for all.
