Pamper yourself in this enchanting LBI single family home on one of the wider & less crowded beaches on Long Beach Island and enjoy all the amenities you would expect in a well equipped beach house.
This bright and comfortable four bedroom, three and a half bath home is elegantly decorated and furnished for beach enjoyment with lots of seashore accessories.
There is a large, sun-drenched living room with sofa, loveseat and oversized chair, windows on three sides with ocean views, cable TV, VCR/DVD, and ceiling fan. There is a deck facing the ocean for dining, sunbathing, and magnificent sunrises.
The upper deck has breathtaking ocean and bay views. There are partial views from the lower decks. You can see the Atlantic City lights at night from the beach.
There is a bright, airy large master bedroom w/full bathroom, a sumptuous king size bed as well as a TV with cable TV/DVD. There is also a half-bath on this level.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a dining table that seats eight to ten. Open the sliding doors off the deck and enjoy the soothing sights & sounds of the ocean surf.
There is an outside hot & cold shower and parking for three cars. 45 minutes from Atlantic City, two hours to Newark Airport and 90 minutes to Philadelphia Airport.
This location offers great access to museums, performing art center, shopping, great restaurants, extraordinary kayaking, fishing, park for kids and surfing beaches.
The first floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom; another bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a full size bed. There is a den w/sleeper sofa & TV.
This house is situated approximately one mile north of the southern tip of the island and is less than two miles(a short walk or bike ride) south of Fantasy Island in Beach Haven town center.

As our first time to LBI, we were very impressed with both the island and this great 4br beach house at which we stayed. The house is toward the south end of the island, away from many of the crowds but still walkable into Beach Haven. The Island is also narrower further south which makes for great views of both the ocean and the bay from many windows throughout the house and also the incredible roof deck. John & Diane take great care of the property, it was clean and also well supplied. I had brought along most cooking implements expecting to need and upon arrival found that the kitchen was already fully functional with far more pots, pans, tools and small appliances than are to be expected from most summer rentals. The beach near the house is great and only 100 feet from the driveway. There are no major parking lots nearby which also helps keep their stretch of beach less crowded and more private. Each bedroom has the basic necessities and along with the two living rooms, some have new LCD TV's. The internet, phone service and cable TV all worked flawlessly as expected. Thanks for a great stay and we look forward to hopefully staying again in the future.

We had a great family vacation at this house. It is very spacious, clean and the location just perfect - a short walk to the beach. The decks are fantastic, we watched the best sunsets we have seen in NJ. Maureen was great too, very responsive and courteous to any questions/needs we had. We would love to rent this house again in 2008!

We rented this house for the week of June 30, 2007. It is a wonderful beach house, very close to beaches on a quiet street where kids can ride their bikes down to the bay. Its pretty convenient also to Fantasy Island only a few minutes drive from here. The house is very clean, well equipped and decorated and offers remarkably stunning bay and ocean views on the rooftop deck which is fantastic. There were a few days we didn't want to leave the deck because it was so relaxing, really a special place. I highly recommend this rental.

What a breathtaking home! Panoramic views without rival. I have stayed in other homes, some were even on the beach, but NONE had the views of this house. I loved the creative way the home was decorated...It was as if I was living in a dream. I can't wait to get the name of the decorator so I can try to recreate in my own home the elegant fantasy feel we experienced there. Thank you for sharing your dream getaway with us!!!

We have previously rented exclusively through local realtors. We decided to attempt to rent during the off season as well. The website is only up for about 10 days so we have no comments yet. We actually have a book at the home which has many wonderful comments which we will attempt to contact previous renters to see if they will write a comment on the website. You will not be disappointed in this property. The minute you walk through the doors you will understand. The home is light, airy and beautiful. Come and see!!!
